Staff attentive. Ship very clean . Would not go hungry as so much choice. Sun beds can be a problem on sea days. Lifts can prove to be hardwork on port days allow time to get off if on a trip.

We have been looking for a new mattress for quite a while but when we went to the dreams store we had a totally different experience. From the way we were looked after and the bed measuring experience, to the variety of choices we had. From start to finish what had seem to be a struggle and a chore so far ended up being a pleasurable experience

Instore were very helpfull made us feel comfotable and not rushed into making our decision. Was slightly unhappy when i phoned to check on my delivery which was supposed to be on saturday 23/11/19 and was told it would be delivered on monday 25/11/19 as i had paid extra for a saturday delivery but was eventually sorted for saturday 30/11/19. Delivery people Kenny and Simon were very efficient and rang 1 hour before to let us know what time they would be delivering the sofa. upon arrival they were very good and caring about our property taking shoes off before entering and were very pleasant and profesional

My wife and i went to Marco Pierre White's London steakhouse city restaurant and had an amazing time.
The staff were very helpful and friendly the service was excellent and the food was delicious all three courses and not forgetting the wonderful cocktail we had in would thoroughly recommend anyone to go there.
Then we went on the river cruise from tower pier up to Westminster and back down again the person who did the commentary was very good and informative and also funny at times excellent

The lady i spoke to was very thorough in understanding what i wanted and very pleasant in the way she spoke and made me feel i was dealing with the correct person or company. Normally i hate these sort of calls but the lady i spoke to i think her name was Emma made it quite a pleasant experience
