When I purchased my new OralB toothbrush I expected it to be at least just as good as the one I was discarding. However I really dislike using the replacement as it has no grip on the handle. The surface is completely smooth, including the on/off switch and as a result, slips out of your fingers. If I could get my money back I would.

The two Harcostar water butts I ordered were delivered promptly, well packaged and exactly as ordered with all the linking hoses present.
They are to replace two butts - exactly the same - which have lasted nearly thirty years.
They will outlast me!

The bench I ordered was very good value for money, it was delivered by a courteous representative of the Company and looks very elegant in my garden. It is the second bench ordered from The Garden Furniture Company - the first was a memorial bench in memory of my husband. The engraving on this bench was beautifully done and has provoked so many admiring comments.
Overall I am very pleased with the service I have received from the Company.

Having switched last Septemberfrom a supplier with which i had been for one year I was pleasantly surprised to find my monthly readings so easy to submit. Also I received an email this week to say that my monthly payment was being reduced as it is estimated I would have an overpayment after twelve months. This has never happened with any other supplieri have used.and I found this attitude very refreshing.
