Postnord giver en rigtig dårlig service. Skriver at der ike var nogen hjemme så de kunne ikke aflevere pakken. Ikke sandt men chaufføren gad åbenbart ikke at tage turen ad vores lange indkørsel. Prøver så vidt muligt at undgå dem som pakketransportør.-
Når et firma foregiver at være dansk men ikke er det. Giver lange leveringstider.

Vi forstår naturligvis, at en lang leveringstid kan være frustrerende. I nogle tilfælde kan dette skyldes, at en vare har været i restordre (backorder), hvilket kan medføre længere leveringstid.
Virksomheden er hollandsk, men både vores hjemmeside og kundesupport er på dansk. Vi beklager, hvis dette ikke har været tydeligt nok.
Vi håber, at du trods denne oplevelse vil give os en ny chance, så vi kan give dig en endnu bedre oplevelse fremover.
Har bestilt og modtaget to lamper produceret i Kina. Lamperne fungerer men jeg forventer ikke lang levetid. Der er ingen information om garanti på produktet. Har forsøgt 10 gange at skrive til firmaet men de svarer ikke.

I have used Tenerife Holiday Apartments as a Vacation rental for the last time ever
We have just visited Los Gigantes and stayed 2 weeks in a flat ( Cornissa 1-6 ) which was booked through this company. You can't say bad things about weather and view but the interior of the flat was pretty lousy. But I can live with that as long as the rest is working. The coffee maker didn't exist. When I called next day and told that it was broken. They just told me, that it was the owners responsibility what was available in the flat. I was told to contact the UK office which I did and got a not so friendly lady in the phone without no doubt pretty annoyed by this call. We received a coffee maker the next day and I hoped to have no further contact with her.
Unfortunately Saturday in the last week we were at the pool area for 2 hours and when we got back my wife discovered that someone had been in the flat. She told me that she could see that someone had messed in the closet. I checked my wallet and 200€ was gone and a pair of sunglasses but the 2 I-phones and I-pad was still there. We knew for certain that the flat was locked because we to days back reported that we had seen people enter the flat next door through the window. When I later told the "not so friendly " lady that she said this was pretty normal ( ??? ). Nevertheless I had to call the UK office once more and reported this incident and this time she was "Not Friendly" . I simply don't have words to describe her behavior. It was impossible that someone could get into the flat without breaking in and throughout the three conversations I had with her she was totally persistent and even laughed when I tried to convince her that someone with a key had entered the flat.
I asked for the lockers to be changed and she told me this was impossible because of bank holidays. It was sat jan 6. To days later a man came and changed one of the lockers ( there were three) and I tried to tell him that, but impossible. He couldn't speak two words of english.
The rest of the holiday we had to bring all Our belongings with us. We are pretty sure thet it was one of the cleaning wives that cleaned the apartmen thursday and the incident happened Saturday.
I can live with he loss but I can't live with a total ignorant attitude from this company.
You are far better off using HomeAway , AirBnb – here you have a direct contact with the owner as this would have been far better in Our case
Jeg har haft kontakt til firmaet i 2 omgange i forbindelse med køb af et ur. Jeg har kun mødt imødekommenhed og service så jeg kan varmt anbefale at handle her.
Jeg lejede en bil i Luleå fra 21 - 25 juli i sommers. I slutningen af august måned modtog jeg en specifikation, hvor de havde trukket et beløb på 800 svenske kroner. Det var begrundet i en parkeringsbøde. Jeg var dybt forundret og forsøgte at komme i dialog med firmaet for at få en mere detaljeret redegørelse. Det har stået på frem til den 9 november hvor jeg kastede håndklædet i ringen. Deres sidste melding var , at jeg skulle kontakte de lokale myndigheder. De kunne ligesågodt skrive "Boller fra kohberg"
Har brugt CarGlass gennem de sidste 10år og jeg har altid fået en fremragende service. Sidste gang, for mindre end en uge siden, blev bilen ovenikøbet støvsuget i ventetiden.
I have been a customer since 2003 and this has been working smoothly until a couple of years ago. When a company gets to greedy and try to make a lot of options to get your money , options you don't need. The actual business is to rent out your home - nothing else.
Most clients try to bargain for a better price and this is OK. I normally give a discount depending on facts.
Just recently I've lost to rentals because of the way they handle system. Could'nt find a decent way to handle this and customer gets tired of waiting.
So terrible, I do hope that there will be another provider for a service like this.

Det burde ikke være tilladt at tage penge for en service af så ringe karakter. Det minder næremes om en "dating" side. Det eneste der er fokus på er at du betaler. Siden er intet værd som gratist. Totalt rodet - dansk oversættelse dårlig. De burde ikke være til stede.
Jeg købte et par bøger i december sidste år gennem dette firma og jeg havde læst de forretningsbetingelser det var baseret på.
Jeg er af den klare overbevisning, at jeg ophørte medlemskab umiddelbart efter men ikke sket ifølge deres registreringer.
Jeg opdager ved et tilfælde, at der her i april 2015 trækkes 99,- på min konto til et fortsat medlemskab som jeg bestemt mente jeg havde afsluttet.
Jeg ved ikke hvor fejlen er begået men uanset synes jeg ikke det er i orden bare løbende at trække penge. Jeg har ikke hørt en lyd fra firmaet siden og de plejer normalt nok at kunne gøre opmærksom på sig selv. Men her går det godt - de havde fået fingrene i pengekassen så No News - Good News - altså for dem.
