I placed an order for a ‘Love Never Lost’ Candle & some other items and had them posted directly to someone who is going through a recent bereavement as I thought they would be nicely packaged and something of comfort during a terrible time. Unfortunately a mistake was made in packaging and they were sent a ‘success’ candle. This was rectified after the recipient seen the receipt and realised I hadn’t sent her this so contacted Psychic Tree herself who sent the right candle out. Changes really need to be made to ensure double checking takes place on your ordered as this is a horrendous mistake to make.

I sent an email expressing how embarrassed I was that my friend had received such an inappropriate gift but feel it was not taken with the seriousness it deserved and felt I was brushed off basically saying she’s received the correct candle second time round but really not good enough in the circumstances!

Seen their video on Facebook of a nice quality lounge suits, assumed I was buying from a UK shop, so ordered 2 lounge suits, took nearly 2 weeks to arrive, quality was absolutely rubbish (not like their video) emailed their ‘customer services’ who said I can return to CHINA at my own expense or they will give me 20% refund. The exact same lounge suits are on Amazon for £13 when I paid £31.50 each. My PayPal shipping info says Ali Express so basically these are pretending they have a UK shop but are ordering cheap clothes direct from China and charging customers 3 times the price

‘Address Inaccessible’ when no attempt has been made!!! 4 parcels 24 & 48 hour tracked due for delivery Christmas week, all did not require a signature so requested to leave in my secure front porch, which is what Royal Mail have always done. I was working from home and absolutely no attempt was made to deliver any of the parcels!! tracking information said delivery address inaccessible and parcels were sent to collection office which is half hour round trip and only open in the mornings!!! My Husband was unable to collect his parcel until Christmas Eve, drove all the way to warrington to collect and was told had been returned to sender!!! Such a shame as Royal Mail used to be the most reliable delivery company.

Usually an amazing service from this company but have been really disappointing this year. Order placed on 19th December, still hasn’t been despatched so 3 presents will not be received in time for Christmas.

Morrisons grocery order delivered by Amazon very late, frozen items all defrosted and soggy, chilled items no longer chilled, fresh whole chicken with use by the following day. Contacted Amazon Customer Service to return the items and they were horrendous, Spoke to 10 different advisors, explained the situation over and over again and all of them were no help. I eventually received an email and had to send pictures of the items (which I did) and received a patronising email reply. I’m referring to the ombudsman. Amazon used to be brilliant for customer service, not anymore

EDF have messed my bills up for months meaning I am now having to sort a repayment plan, I have also been unable to submit meter readings and they have changed my repayment date? Usually EDF are great in replying to WhatsApp and are really easy to deal with however now I have been transferred over to the new system I am really struggling to get any replies to my messages. I have waited nearly a week now and not heard back?!!!

Since Evri was re-branded their service has been brilliant however my last 2 parcels have not arrived and its impossible to get hold of them over the phone. Last month my order was with the Evri Driver for over a week and was never delivered so I cancelled the order with the supplier. This week I have ordered a really important parcel which is a present needed for tomorrow, I paid for next day delivery so was due to receive my parcel yesterday but Evri then later advised there had been a problem and the Courier was unable to deliver yesterday so would deliver today - Same thing has happened today so now my Son will now not have his Birthday presents and has nothing to open tomorrow!!!!!! I really wish big companies would stop using Evri for their deliveries, theyre obviously going back to their old unreliable ways

After a previous bad experience with a Christmas order made in November and not received in time for Christmas I swore I would never order from JD again however seen they were advertising same day click and collect so made a large click and collect order on 21st December for same day collection. Received my email confirmation confirming collection after 3pm and went all the way into town the following day solely to collect my order but it wasn’t there??!! Phoned today and apparently the order was rejected by the store (I received no notification of this) and is still being picked by the warehouse!!!!! They are unable to give timescale for delivery and unable to cancel order so I’m now left with no order and no money to go out and rebuy the presents…appalling especially at a time when everyone is struggling financially. Never ever again will I order from JD Sports. They really need to stop advertising service standards that they are unable to meet 😡😡

Placed an order and paid £7.99 for next day delivery as was 2 of my Sons Christmas presents, received an email on Monday 20th Dec confirming order despatched so all good however since then i have been very unwell in bed with Covid so my Husband has been putting parcels away safely. Tonight when preparing to wrap presents I have noticed the parcel with the 2 items my Son asked Father Christmas for has not arrived and Royal Mail Tracking confirms they are awaiting the parcel from you. Dissappointed doesnt come close, my Son only asked for a few presents, these being 2 of them and its too late for me to replace them…first and last time I will shop here 😡

£43 order, driver called to say he was outside, we went to the door and he wasnt there. He called back again to say he was outside, we told him we were at the door but he wasnt there. He put the phone down and marked our order as delivered!!!! Children all hungry, no food and no way of speaking to anyone at Uber Eats…shocking company. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN 😡

Ive listed 2 jobs...first job was to replace my roof, got one reply and the tradesman quoted £11,000 for a replacement roof (next quote from a company i found myself was £5,000 and this quote was backed by my home insurance company who also said £5,000)....£6,000 extra, what a rip off!! My second job to trim 2 trees for £2,000 got zero responses. This is a terrible app and i will not be using again.

AVOID!!! Placed a large order on 2nd December, wanted to cancel order on 4th December and was told could not cancel, have to wait to receive order then return...8 days later and order still hasnt even been processed and despatched. Cant get through to Customer service and my emails and Social Media messages just get ignored. I need this money back before Christmas but doesnt look likely. Never ordering from JD again. UPDATE: After posting my Trust Pilot review I was responded to by Mollie who has been very helpful and refunded my 2 orders. Thank you for your help Mollie and for stopping the stress JD Sports have caused me.

Ordered pair of Ralph Lauren shoes for my Son yesterday afternoon with free delivery. Shoes were packaged and sent same day and were received today. Excellent service and good value too. Will definitely be using this company again
