I have tried to contact you regarding this matter but unfortunately you were unavailable.
I apologise for the series of unfortunate events which delayed the delivery of your parcel. Our courier delivers over 95% of all of our parcels within the given time frame and without incident. I apologise that this was not the case with your order and I can confirm that this information has been feed back to our couriers to help improve service levels.

In the meantime, I have replaced you ordered on express delivery for the King Size Sheet, which should arrive in the next couple of days. Your latest parcel which you are expecting has been updated on the tracking today, therefore it is just waiting for the courier to set an estimated time for delivery.
