Absolut shower of shit and getting worse

ordered on the 4th January, still cant deliver to me as they have none. Lied to me on 2 occasions about when refund would be. Finally stopped lying and I have to wait 30 days before I get my money back

So just been messaging with sunkhya and he's informed me that kirston the I first person I spoke with just flat out lied in everyway including the sorry for being useless £5 voucher.

As you would expect

So royal mail have left something in my back garden, No idication on the card as to where or what it is. Also my back garden is open with very little cover availble.
So the delivery was stolen and is untrackable as royal mail muppet never wrote any details appart from in back garden.
So thank you for being as crap as always

totaly useless

motion sensor dosnt work, dorrbell ring wont activate phone. Basicly a video camera that stops visitors knocking the door. Contacted customer support and they are as usless as there door bell. This all worked to start with so can assume its because i am not paying a subscription.

An honest utillities company

literaly the only utilities company that treat you like a human.
they actualy listen to you and help with what you ask.
This is a whole new experience for me. They dont even lie or transfer you to random departments.

very sneaky

so the actual product is very good the problem is the buisness. they automaticly start you on a subscription, This was not explained and was only evident when they started trying to reomve mony from my account.
They are one of those companys that your bank will just pay regardless of you confirming or even knowing this is going on

santander have stolen my money

here is a new one, santander have and still remain to put a hold upon my BUSINESS account for a week now but wont elaborate as to why, ( slightly concerning no?). Apparently according to multiple members of various phone departments, there is allegedly a super secret department that no one inside the bank can contact via phone or any other forms of commication other, than by email. conveniently no one other than their employees are allowed to contact them , despite them alledgedly being the only people in the entire company who have any knowledge of how to reslove these form of situations.
So be carefull this bank will steal your money.
A week later and no help despite constant promises of getting in touch within a 48 hour time frame. no money, little guidance but at least they have the time forcibly close on going complaints.

Another classic performance from the post office.
No explination just decided to deliver a 48hr delivery parcel three days late.
I no i should be happy they havent lost/stolen it yet but who no's what will happen on monday.
Thank you for being as crap as always, consistancy is important

Thanks for the reply it was at merry hill store and as for an order number apparently you don't issue them on store collection orders I thought you would no that, unless that's not the case

Just as bad as my Hermes, they stole my parcel then told me it was delivered or on its way or at a parcel center depending on what time of day I check there app.
So if possible request any other delivery service as evri are shat

Evri as bad as my Hermes…

I have been trying to contact evri for days now. I have confirmation on the app that says the parcel has been delivered to a shop, or out for delivery and today's is we got it.
It hasn't been delivered to the shop requested and they won't answer my requests for help so I would imagine there are still a lot of my Hermes employees there.

Great shoes terrible staff

waisted time and rude.
I have owned ON Running trainers before and may i just say i was very impressed with them. The problem is they have a very basic out of date stock system that is unfit for purpose but that's far from the main issue i have.
Firstly poor comunication, i was waiting for them to be delivered brefore i found they had cancelled them with out a so much as an email.
Also spoke with there customer services who where rude and put everything on the computer systems like it wasnt there fault.
Its your system so you are to blame if its not working and it's your job to fix it.
So in conclusion great shoes, terrible customer service.

eposnow dosnt stock count

just purchased the new version as they couldnt help with the old version and shock horror its exactly the same overall till still missing any ability to stocktake again,
we have spoken several times and received no help from support.
Really thought the new till would stock take so all in all a lot of money for nothing

I have been able to find your account with Epos now and several email chains between yourself and one of our agents from back in December 2020 regarding the same issue. Our records show that this issue was resolved for you however this was not confirmed by you despite our agent sending several follow-up emails asking for an update. Since that time our emails have not been responded to and your Trustpilot review is now the first time we have had contact with you since.

The email chains with our agent suggest you have received several calls and emails addressing these concerns. I can see your last call to our team was in June 2022 however the issues mentioned in your review were not disclosed to our agent during that call.

never even booked my flight,

never even booked my flight,
I have spent a good 5 hours being lied to by expedia who have if your intrested turned there phone lines off so its just typing.
Actualy reached someone with a grasp of there company computer systems who explained the reason i was struggling to find my flight was that although they confirmed my booking by email they had not actualy booked my flight.

another lie from ups,
apparently i am going to recive a parcel by 2.30 today thats not yet in the country.
not sure why your system is so poor but please could you stop the constant bollx its anoying.
Couldn't get pissed in a brewery comes to mind
