I bought a vape pod kit and the pod was leaking and they sent me 2 new pods free of charge which worked perfectly and resolved my problem. Their customer service is amazing as is their products. I recommend The Juicy Joint they are trustworthy and reliable. They also throw in some free stickers which I think is a lovely little surprise!
