Professional and helpful

The staff were friendly and listened to my requirement, and helped me to find the best solution for my new glasses. Rather than tyring to sell me glasses, they are professional and that's why I keep going back to them to look after me. Thank you and appreciate that.

Good deliver service

The gentlemen assigned to deliver my fridge and washer dryer were helpful and friendly. They made sure my machines fit within my door's measurement so they don't damage the machines. They knew what they were doing and professional. Credit to them.

Dan Crow - Mortgage Advisor

Dan Crow, my mortgage advisor was very helpful from the start. He guided me all the steps to get my mortgage application completed and making sure all the required documents are submitted without too much hassle. I wouldn't have the mortgage approved so quick without Dan's. I will recommend his service to anyone. Absolutely spot on! Thank you and appreciate for all Dan's help and support.

Good service from DPD

I bought a pair of jeans on the first day to be delivered by Hermes and a handbag on second day to be delivered by DPD. Within 24 hours, DPD delivered my bag to the pick up point. I am impressed they informed me all the time until my bag is ready for pick up. The parcel was wrapped nicely and no damage. My jeans was delivered few days later by Hermes and the parcel was damaged. Obviously the parcel has not been handled professionally. I am not impressed at all and no communication or update from Hermes except a card through the door stating my parcel was with next door.
