Really good service,wide range of glasses ,at reasonable price.

The staff were friendly and listened to my requirement, and helped me to find the best solution for my new glasses. Rather than tyring to sell me glasses, they are professional and that's why I keep going back to them to look after me. Thank you and appreciate that.

Good selection and price range frames. Left alone to browse without pushy assistants intervening, but were very helpful when asked. Range of lenses too to suit most budgets.

Very well looked after by the staff throughout the process of picking reading and long distance specs.

Booked appointment on line at time and date to suit me. At appointment I was greeted by the staff warmly and asked to sit and less than 5 mins I was having my eye test. Extremely comprehensive and thorough, I rate the exam as one of the best, as it included options I usually had to pay for at other opticians. Prescription given in a nice envelope. Great selection of glasses to choose from and a good price range too. Received text to collect , fitted and left the whole experience from start to finish a very happy customer. Bought two pairs of glasses, great value

The general experience with Mrs Rakhee, Optometrist who assisted me for my Eyes Examination on 20/03/2026 from M&S OPTICIANS in Eden Center High Wycombe is consistently of the highest standard. Also Ms Lia and Ms Stephanie are of extreme value and their positive contribution to customers Services is immeasurable.

Good variety of styles and pleasant service

Very poor service, missing frames, confusion regarding prescription, didn’t notify me glasses were in. Insisted they had left voicemail, but they hadn’t. Would never use again

Found Marks and spenders Plymouth Store excellent place to have my eyes tested and added bonus of having free eye scan charged for at a lot of other opticians. Everyone was very friendly from the optician who tested my eyes to the assistant Lynsey who helped me choose my glasses who was very helpful and knowlegeable.

A1 service and assistance throughout transactions from start to finish

It took 4 attempts to get the lenses accurate to my prescription. Although they were courteous and obliging, at double the price of Specsavers, they seem not quite on the pace.

M & S Gemini Warrington was very professional and thorough. After many years with another company and never seeing the same optician twice I decided it was time to have a change. Appointments easy to book, reminders in various forms, timings excellent. Choice of spectacles available good, length of time for processing good. Even had a hearing test and follow up appointment which resulted in me needing help hearing and now have some very modern and efficient aids.
So all in all I recommend M & S services excellent!
