Bought a garden strimmer, it was so bad, it didn't cut the grass and the plastic blades shattered again and again. Used once but didn't complete the job it was so bad I gave up and sent it back. In fairness customer services were good accepted return and refunded me so gave 2 stars instead of one.

What's not to like.

I purchased a smart watch but it didn't work. Obviously had not been tested but was sold as "mint". This was a real shame as looked as good as new when delivered. Had to take it to the shop where they processed a refund. Overall can be trusted to refund if there's a problem so would use again, just an extra task in a busy week caused by failure to test product before despatch.

Despite unsubscribing from onbuy emails they keep coming. Would give five stars if you had not deluged my inbox with nonsense emails.

Whole process was very straight forward. Designing the door was easy on the web page then very helpful lady from the call centre went over everything with me and made a few excellent suggestions. Once finalised the fitter came and measured up then a few weeks later he booked a slot with us and fitted the door efficiently and tidily. The new door looks great is solid and secure. The overall price was great value but don't be put off (it's definitely not a case of "cheap and cheerful" or "you get what you pay for") This door is well made, solid and is not distinguishable from other doors which I've seen that cost twice as much. I would recommend without reservation. Thank you.

I was really impressed with this company. the web site was easy to use and after printing out the measurement pdf and following it the measuring was straight forward. The call centre rang and chatted through all aspects of the shutters and suggested some changes which were spot on. The Shutters were then delivered within the stated timeframe and were really well packaged in compressed air pockets so no damage in transit possible. I watched the how to fit videos on youtube then fitting was very straight forwards... If you are worried I would say that fitting the shutters is similar to making simple flat pack furniture and fitting them to the window is similar to putting up a shelf so if you can make easy ikea type furniture and put up a shelf then you can put up these shutters to a professional standard which saves many pounds. I was very happy with the shutters but more importantly my wife has found no avenue to criticise them. We have fitted the shutters to a three part bay as well as two large windows.

Felt delivery charge was loads too much.
