The product I received was unfortunately damaged. But Vonhaus handled a partial refund for me very swiftly and easily. I would certainly used them again for future products.

The company did great replaced the broken item right away no quibble really impressed thank you.

Ordered a gazebo but realised I ordered one too big. Tried to cancel via email but no response until the item was posted. Anyway customer service advised to return the item for a full refund which I did as soon as it arrived the next day. Two days later my refund was on its way and I then ordered a smaller one 2mx2m . That arrived the following day and after putting it up I am very happy. The build quality is much stronger than I've seen compared to other one similar in price. Thicker metal frames built to last. The coverings are strong and well fitting. Easy to erect and looks great in my garden. I will be using it as a sun shelter during the summer and as its versatile add on sides means I've placed it next to my greenhouse for easy side access. (Pic) Overall I can highly recommend where quality style go so well together.

I was impressed with the quality for the price of the bathroom furniture pieces. Quick delivery. Would recommend.

Bought a westport sage green garden bench on the strength of the reviews The reviews are correct . It looks like wood but is infact a composite durable plastic which won't rot or expand. Easy to put together and looks great

Always quick delivery and resonable priced quality goods

This is a really good sturdy garden storage box. It is great value for money. Delivery was next day. Assembly is easy and very quick. The construction is simple but well thought out, and it is possible to add a lock to it if necessary. This is the second one I have bought. The colour blends in well in a garden and the material used remains fresh and unbleached by the sun.

Ordered a washing line email sent stating despatched Evri, but still nothing Evri stating still waiting for product . Contacted Vonhaus who stated sorry technical issue with order will be despatched today , next day still no parcel or despatched note and not answering emails today. People buy elsewhere because you can’t even phone to speak to anyone here customer service terrible, won’t be using ever again.

Bought a garden strimmer, it was so bad, it didn't cut the grass and the plastic blades shattered again and again. Used once but didn't complete the job it was so bad I gave up and sent it back. In fairness customer services were good accepted return and refunded me so gave 2 stars instead of one.

The lawn mower I chose was not suitable for the job I needed. Vonhaus has been helpful in guiding me through the returns process, although the machine has been used once.

Brilliant for me as a 85 year old lady to tidy around my garden and put my plants and tools in. Very well made and easy to keep tidy if you want to fold down.in its own cover 👍 👌

Great value for money. Ordering was straightforward and items arrived on time and well packaged.

Unfortunately, we are still awaiting delivery of the product as Evri failed to delivery/lost the item. After contacting customer service via email, I received an email back saying the product can be resent and hopefully this time it will be delivered. Customer service has been prompt and helpful, but the company should really consider it's courier options to avoid similar situations occurring.
