Non-standard order fulfilled
I had 2 from 3 goid experiences when speaking to sales team. I wanted to order a multi coloured vertical blind and the first sales lady was excellent she helped me decide on fabric and colour and then sent me samples to make sure. The second saleslady (when i calked to place the order) was the reverse. She avoided taking the order and asked me to email. I called back and spoke to a young salesman and he was brilliant. He wasn't deterred, he checked with the team as to how the order could be taken and carefully explained to me what would happen. Excellent service from first and third sales persons.

Not enough Agile course content
The tutor was very pleasant but we didn't get down to work quickly enough. We didn't do enough work in class time. Too many anecdotes, 4 of them (unwittingly) sexist. Very female negative stories. The venue was very good.
