The process from ordering to delivery was simple and efficient. Unit fitted and working. I would recommend the seller.

Ordered some IKO 35kG roofing felt via…

Ordered some IKO 35kG roofing felt via the click & collect service along with some other items. when I arrived to pick up the order the rolls of felt were laid flat on a trolley. The roofing felt rolls have labelling that states "Stand on end" do not lay flat" (or words to that effect). I did question this whilst in store and I was informed that all rolls are delivered from the suppliers laid flat. I was asked if I would like to swap them, which I opted to do, however, the remainder (although stood on end) had clear evidence that they had been laid flat and were oval in shape rather than round. So I opted to keep the ones already picked. When I got them home and unrolled them the centre sections had cracks where the felt had effectively become folded / squashed flat. Therefore the last 2 or 3 meters of each roll were unusable. Not good when you have a roof that is 5 Mtrs long and assuming that one 10 mtr roll would complete two linear runs.... sadly not!! waste of time and money.

Dylan I cannot see any personal message communication. tried calling your customer services who took my email and said someone would be in touch, but nothing as yet.

following the above I did get a message from Trustpilot asking for further details (which was supplied). sadly still no contact... I assumed that someone would email me or contact via Mobile / text...
