We had a home visit from Marie and Brian of the Ipswich Hub 3 days ago. What an excellent service, they brought with them chairs for my mother to try, they were very knowledgeable about the product and both lovely people. There was no pressure selling, just a willingness to help and provide exactly what my mother wanted, I couldn't fault anything about the whole process. Looking forward to our new chair delivery in under a week, can't wait!

Excellent service, had a delivery in Lowestoft to my elderly mother. I couldn't get to her in time for the delivery and the 2 men who came emptied the bed, hoovered the carpet, and made up the new base. I will definitely use them again, both very friendly and courteous and my mother felt safe with them in her home.
