Our car broke down in a car park. The engineer arrived well before the given time of arrival. Unfortunately, he couldn’t repair it, it’s a suspected electrical/computer fault in the steering column which locked the column. The engineer was very apologetic he couldn’t fix it but arranged everything for the car to be picked up and delivered to Hyundai. He was a very polite and courteous young man. Although not fixed we could not fault the service we receive.

Very polite and helpful answering any queries we had. The gentleman we spoke to was very professional, he guided us through all our options. My husband and I unfortunately now have a number of medical problems, we found this company to be honest and straightforward when dealing with our queries regarding travel insurance and we were very happy to renew our policy with them for another year.
