One week of sleeping on my new Otty mattress, after letting it ‘acclimatise’ for 4 days. The European Double fits my bed perfectly, no more stuffing the end with bolster cushions or having the sides dig into my thighs when i sit on the edge! The mattress is heavy so making it gives me a regular workout, but it is worth it. No longer do i overheat or keep throwing the duvet off, no more struggling to turn over in the night, no more painful back. It may not have cured all my aches and pains ( not even the surgeons could do that!) but it has certainly made going to bed a much more enjoyable experience.

I had never heard of DX before i had a message to say they would be delivering my new mattress, but it has been a very positive experience. The pre- delivery communication was clear and relevant without being excessive, and gave me a 2hr time slot, which made planning my day a lot easier. When the guys arrived they were pleasant and professional. Planned out the best method of taking new one to bedroom and removing old one, then completed both tasks without fuss, drama or mishaps ( which in my tiny house is a great achievement!). Great Job all round.

Good communication re delivery day and time, plus options if i was going to be out. My local delivery driver is always on time and is friendly and polite, always waits for me to answer the door, not just dump it on the doorstep like others do.

Love the concept, and was not disappointed when i tried the product. Great selection of smells which i am slowly working my way through to find my favourites. Last longer than expected, and a competitive price at £5 per refill.

Easy to order online, sample i got smells lovely and functions well as a deodorant. The case that holds the deodorant is refillable, although a little bulky in size. Very swift delivery.

The item was competitively priced, it was easy to complete the order on line, and the item arrived really quickly.

What i received was great, usual EG quality. It was delivered well packaged and i was kept up to date with delivery via tracking, which was very helpful during the strikes. Unfortunately some of my order was missing. There was no information on delivery note regarding missing items, nothing said ‘1 of 2’ packages and i received no communication from EG saying an item would be delivered separately. I have emailed EG and am currently waiting for a reply.

Went on a comparison site to look for a cheaper car insurance quote, as my renewal had increased by £100. Ageas came back £80 less but still covered all the same things. I was then transferred to the Ageas website, where it was quick and simple to complete my application and get car insurance cover. I received confirmation emails almost immediately, with copies of documents and a link to create an account so i can also access them on the Ageas website.
The only small issue when completing the form was not having the exact option regarding where i park my car at night, an ‘ other’ option would have helped.

Had a great delivery from Yodel today, really quick and the driver was polite, cheerful and respectful. He did not just leave the package on the doorstep and leave, he waited and checked i was in and that he had the right person and address. A nice change from parcels being chucked on the doorstep by the invisible, and left out in all weathers. Thank you.

The Skinny Food Company have a massive selection of products, but it is quite easy to find things as they have them in clear groups. They have great bundle deals and the option of a repeat order items. Can’t wait for my delivery. The only problem I had was trying to create an account, when verifying it would not recognise my email/ password so when I tried to reset my password it said no such email, yet I am getting regular emails from then, but was still able to order without an account.

Superb quality paper. Customer service were really helpful when i need some more rolls and a Lockdown decorating crisis was averted. Easy to match and easy to put up, even for me and im rubbish at wallpapering!

Although, luckily i did not need to claim getting the insurance was quick, easy and reasonably priced. I have a number of additional health needs, which usually means paying a high premium on insurance, but not this time. The quote was still cheaper but without lots of exclusions or high excess payments, and gave all the usual cover for money, luggage, cancellations etc. This will always be my go to holiday insurance provider.

Easy, no fuss service. Online process easy to use for meter readings, view payments and usage. Did not use SWITCH as moved in to new house, started from scratch, but took a couple of months to change so endied up with a bill that i was not expecting. Price good for All Electric, they have tried to change payment gormats a few times but have listened to customer feedback and gone back to a more favoured option.
