very good

had to amend my policy slightly then had to go through yet again some of the questions had the policy number name and DOB that is why a 4star not 5star thought would just have to confirm the above details without going through quite a few questions yet again.

not good

only one store miles away from me so ordered a bra on-line know my size this is not good doesn't fit well not comfortable at all not sure I will buy again took a while for it to arrive cannot return as been wearing for a few days to get used to it thinking it was my size but fit is not good at all the catches at the back seem to irritate me.

waste of time

got a train to go over to the last remaining store in my area to find it closed!! what a wasted journey!!!! notice on the door open next day no good to me coming from miles away!!!!

STANDARDS DROPPING

no more reduced Cheddar Cheese 250g now only massive blocks of 400g being single wouldn't eat this amount before going off, no more half cucumbers, no more peaches only packs going off before can be consumed fruit most in packs not individual not impressed!!

RUBBISH!

have a care plan for fridge freezer trying to get engineer out to repair almost impossible with the number given and SO many options then transferred and disconnected made 6 calls on the phone nearly 45 minutes!!! what a customer service totally rubbish!!!

losing the plot

lack of stock very low, not thinking of a single person only families now 400g of cheese low fat NO more 250g not a chance I would eat that much cheese before going off the satsumas are only in a bag of 5 which I would not eat all those no more half cucumber so whole one goes mouldy as do not eat a whole one within a week

heard yesterday that the branch will close here in Bournemouth Castlepoint shortly only one left now is in Central town centre Bournemouth being disabled almost impossible to get to so how do I do banking not tech savvy and do not do ATMs

4" USB MINI DESK FAN only got 6 days ago now not working!! someone did say cheap stuff cheap store will now have to go for a replacement if any there or a refund not impressed.

ordered on-line a pump after buying inflatable mattress in store and buying the wrong pump was a foot pump not a leisure pump being disabled with head injury hard to understand things!! store should have said have you got the right pump when buying my mattress, then ordered on-line the leisure pump not noticing that it was the wrong store!!! went to Christchurch no record of my order was told it was Bournemouth not Christchurch!!! MAYBE THE STORE SHOULD COLOUR CODE ON-LINE THE STORES for those of us disabled with head injuries + maybe advise staff as did tell them I was disabled to get the right pump for the right product not impressed will not be going here again not very helpful at all!!!!

went into the store today noticed I bought two of something only wanted one so handed back and said to take it off when I went to walk away did not show the refund of £1 so had to ask her again to refund me then she wanted to see the bank card to match the signature didn't do this when I paid!! also the £1 solar lights half do not work so back again tomorrow to change for one's that do work!!

WORSE EVER!

today 8/1/23 internet went off had to reboot now no telephone to call 150 to send someone out internet now back on but no telephone used all my credit on mobile can't get out so no phone no mobile and disabled cannot get hold of Virgin Media 4 days before they come to look at the phone which is dead can't call out or no-one can call in due hospital appointments next week they cannot contact me!!

As you are a vulnerable customer, our team will be able to flag your account so you'll be eligible for priority fault visits, where we aim to get someone out to you within four business hours.

HARD WORD!

laptop broke repaired nightmare trying to get it all back to how it was called the number from my care plan speak to someone in South Africa! 5 phone calls later got to speak to UK when calling the number listed on the card most of the time not even speaking to someone in UK they don't know what they are doing in South Africa!!!

WASTE OF TIME

went abroad in November 2022 for a months holiday within one week had an accident could NOT contact the emergency telephone as no policy posted before left for the airport in the early hours all I had was a policy number googled abroad could not get through to the emergency number even the 9-5pm + £1.50 a minute so not much credit on phone WILL NEVER USE SAGA again no help at all only email had policy number thought would be ok at hospital but need authorization from agent before treatment!! DO NOT use this Company no help at all, best of luck trying to call the emergency number if you have it from USA.

On holiday in USA knee dislocated…

On holiday in USA knee dislocated cannot get through to anyone to seek medical attention! No phone listed I can find took medical insurance out no help to sort this!! Need to authorise before treatment so who do you call ghost busters? !!!
