I bought a few rings for Christmas gifts and one for myself.
When my GOLD PLATED ring arrived I thought it looked pale and on closer inspection I realised I’d been sent the same ring as ordered but in silver.
Rather irritated
I have sent two messages now - only to be met with radio silence
Note- the silver ring was cheaper than the gold one I paid for and I am still being sent emails encouraging me to buy more!
You can do better than this Lilly&Roo I’m disappointed!! :-(

Only had this for 2 weeks but I have already received compliments! … and at nearly 56 it’s exciting to think I can improve my skin so significantly! 10 minutes a day is so easy to fit in even though my life is hectic on a good day!
I love this mask so much that I’ve bought one for my husband who also loves it and his eyes circles are looking better after just 3 days.
I would say do your research .. I did and I could find anything anywhere near better than this for this budget… and it’s also safe for your eyes if you follow the instructions

Not sure why or how these patches work but they do!

Horrified in Christmas Day to realise I’d accidentally sent back my daughters gifted with y wanted items so I was set to loose about £150! And my daughters gifts were lost but Ashu on the customer care line was lovely and helpful and notified the warehouse so I felt confident to reorder

Well I was sent a penalty. After trying unsuccessfully, to download the App, whilst rushing for a train, my daughter managed to download the App and paid. Unfortunately she got a digit wrong on my reg
I didn’t notice because after all the messing about and panic, we had to rush for the train. One of my daughters has cerebral palsy so easier said than done ( No not everyone who is disabled has a blue badge just like, I suspect, not everyone who has a blue badge actually has a disability!)
Anyway they were good enough to drop the fine but only after an awful lot of hassle, calling, holding, emailing…

By the way Tony, I was sent a long, in-depth form to fill in, on top of the 2 hours I had spent walking round to neighbour’s and holding on the lousy voice recognition system at Evri - all whilst trying to do my own job
I have eventually found the parcel in the garden of a neighbour who was, and still is on holiday. No thanks to HoF or Evri
2 hours lost, and a soggy parcel that has sat in the rain for 6 days!! :-(

Lousy lousy service!! Ordered a size 10/12 but received a tent!! Literally but it said L inside so thought that they’d made a mistake. Tried to return and reorder. Big mistake. Lots of waiting around. Returns portal does not work. Customer service are passive aggressive and unhelpful, insisting it was a big fit - I sent photos - it was laughable. I thought I’d been scammed.

20 quid and 2 hours of my time wasted. If anyone around 7 ft tall and 30 stone mark wants a white charity t shirt let me know- I have one spare
