DO NOT BUY A CITROEN CAR

In most circumstances you get what you pay for. I bought a used Citroen C4 2021 plate and the ECU has gone - vehicle barely works and doesnt accelerate - a very pricey repair.

I used one of Citroens recommended repair garages (EMG Croydon) who completely misdiagnosed my vehcile - spent loads of money and time on the repair only to hear back from Citroen there is nothing they can do. Even though they sent me a feedback form asking how their registered partner garage did.

There is no chain of accountability - Citroen do not have a process to follow up with an approved garage, so why have an approved garage in the first place. Then on top of thay the approved garage also doesnt have a regulator i.e. RMIF or Motor Ombudsman - so there is nobody to hold them accountable either.

More than poor from all fronts. Poor car, poor service, no line of accountability.

Josh helped us purchasing our first property, he was really informative and helped us get the best rate - timing the industry interest rate so we could lock our interest rate down before the property went through.

Shocking. Installation engineer missed 2 appointments broadband not working so cancelled. Service didnt even start after over a month. Called and cancelled, have been waiting around 2 months for my refund which has been rejected several times even though they are putting it through! Stay far far away, painful customer service which takes a ridiculous amount of time to solve minor issues. Awful company

I made an order in early november and still havent recieved my items, I have contacted them once by their online form and 3 times via email now and they simply dont answer their phone. Disgusting customer service. I have recieved no reply and have given an ample amount of time for them to get back to me. However i must say that i have ordered from them 3 times previously and everything has been okay.
