Be warned- do not use if you want your parcel delivered!
On 8 12 15 I paid to send a parcel to France. I have successfully sent parcels twice yearly for past 20 years to this same address. It's a large property sited on a main road and clearly signed. There was a supposed attempt at delivery 10 12 15-no further attempt as it was then decided there was "address query". The parcel subsequently languished for 14 days at Lyon hub until it was finally decided that it should be returned. I was alerted to this by email early in January. The parcel had been intended as Christmas present for friends.
Unbelievably poor "service". No reason why this should not have been delivered timeously and to the correct address.
Shall never use them again.
