Have spent a lot of money with Neom over the past year and the quality of the products is first class.

Customer Service team are fantastic - I request a vat receipt and receive it straight away:)

Rubbish Expiry Dates

The price advertised was not what I was charged and had four days on the product before it expired

Poor Accounting Practises

Purchased an item on line and it was delivered but can get them to send a receipt despite many phone calls and emails . Leads me to think their accounting department is not as it should be and they are not logging all purchases
