We decided to join Openfix last year as their website is easy to navigate and they do not charge a call out fee.You simply pay a monthly direct debit and their premiums are very reasonable for the excellent customer service they provide.
We have had 2 repairs so far under our policy and would highly recommend Openfix.

Clearvision fitted a new composite back door at our property.The whole process went smoothly from start to finish.The door fitter did an excellent job and the customer service was very impressive.I would highly recommend this company.

Openfix kept me updated on the progress of my repair claim and our boiler was repaired within 3 working days.We received an email including a completed job sheet very quickly.Their premiums are very reasonable for the excellent service they provide compared with other utility insurance companies and no massive call out fees!

A clear concise easy to navigate website and app.Not made a claim yet so cannot comment on actual breakdown service but I expect it to be as good as their customer service.

An excellent company to deal with from ordering the bed to the delivery and setting up of the bed.The staff at the shop at Junction 32 Glasshoughton,near Castle ford were polite and knowledgeable without being pushy.

I had a problem with CP own brand inkjets and sent in photo evidence by email showing the difference between Canon original and own brand photo printouts.They kindly processed a full refund.I will definitely use them again due to their superb customer service.

I was kept informed by customer service at Shoezone on the progress of my order and was offered a safe place option for delivery by the courier if I was not home.Very impressed.I wish more companies were as good as Shoezone in this regard.

Homeserve are an excellent company to deal with.My only niggle is the 8-1 and 2-7 service slots for boiler services,etc rather than a specific time or 1hr slots.However the engineers will ring ahead to customers.Also you can only book a boiler service two weeks in advance rather than when it is convenient for you.Generally,though,they provide excellent cover and very good customer service.

A superb company,from the office staff of Steve and Gareth,who dealt with my enquiries ,through to Kes and tall Nathan,who did the installation of the Vaillant boiler , it was a very pleasant experience.It is rare to deal with a company with their level of 5 star customer service.Will use again for any future projects and recommend to friends and family.
