I sometimes hesitate to review---but I know change can happen, it's just that the consumer aka customer has to be willing to speak up about practices et al.

I sometimes hesitate to review, but there's no denying that it's necessary in regards to both exemplary companies, businesses et al, as well as those that are verging on being complete #EpicFails. I realize ultimately it comes down to getting the word out, about the company you are in the midst of dealing with, or of having dealt with. If they are good, and reliable, and not shifty by way of omission!--then of course i wanna' get the word out, about them, By that same token.......if a company, or business, or product is reprehensible, and bereft of ethics, via their main concern (ahem, cough, cough profit aka the almighty dollar) then imo, it's definitely not only just caveat emptor, it is literally customer BE warned. That's where Trustpilot comes in. These companies that assume they can take the back way around, in regards in terms of greasing the proverbial palm or praccticing tit for tat, get called to the rug for attempting to do so. I for one, am relieved that something such as Trustpilot exists, for the consumer aka paying customers. Things are far too lopsided in favor of the corporations, companies, businesses, possibly even a few individuals, therefore the public needs a way to reach the masses, and at times, some of the social media sites, are too concerned with profit, therefore not conducive, and possibly. Sure--certain entities may portray themselves as understanding, but----do they? Really???? Hence, sites such as Trustpilot can provide a sort of soapbox, to literally spread the word, bad or good.

Do NOT allow your yearning for the return of your hair victimize you!! Caveat Emptor re Vortex Pro Wand!!!

Leonhardt, owner of Lionheart Ventures and owner of the Vortex Pro Wand co. could choose to be up front/honest w/its paying customers. They could choose to admit that their wands are drop shipped, and that they are a risk purchase (risk to ones bank account, and peace of mind, and to their health itself. In emailing their customer service, I received a response purporting that Clang understood, and would further assist, per my returning said wand. Yet, now, after having emailed them a couple of time, it's just CRICKETS NO response, silence. Though Clang had responded at first, that he understood, and therefore my return would be facilitated It's as if the further delay is deliberate. And this issue of paying customers being told they will have to return ship the items to China>> is RETURN OBSTRUCTION. The FTC enforces rules against deceptive return policies. My return window for their wand is FAST APPROACHING!!! Is the lack of response due to their being super busy, or just another tactic in making returns difficult hence return obstruction. I have their Vortex Pro Wand in its original case w the serum are in a shipping box,plus plenty of postage stamps. THe missing ingredient is lack of response from seller/promoter of the Vortex Pro Wand. Intrepid customers are savvy consumers, and they do note things such as the fact that electric wands are sold elsewheres and put up and drop shipped by other companies. Vortex wants you to believe that any other wand is a rip off & possible risk, because oooh, fake, All the wands are from Chinese makers and all the wands use electrodes of various shapes & configurations, filled with neon, and at times even Argon gas. Doesn't take much effort or cost to be sure to have a company name applied to the casing that holds the power source for the electrodes. Vortex is so dependent! Dependent on gullibility, desperation, yearning, and your willingness to empty our your pocketbook in your striving to find something resembling an answer or a cure for your thinning shedding hair!! I am sick and tired, and as a paying customer deserve the utmost of respect. Vortex is an epic fail in their lack of response, They want customers to give up, hence the practice of "RETURN OBSTRUCTION", (Memorize that phrase--because instructing a paying customer to actually literally return an item to CHINA?? UNFATHOMABLE!!!) I have THEIR wand in a shipping box, and plenty of stamps, they can have the wand back, I want a refund!!

I ordered the Vortex Pro Wand from this company on December 12, 2025. I am within the 90 day window espoused by the Vortex Pro Wand Co.

Spartan: Do you take the new, yet keep the old? Shame on you for resorting to bait and switch, especially regarding new customers!!

I'm a newbie to the wearing of a red light therapy cap. That is0---any brand of cap, whatsoever. I am low income, due to being on SSI disability. Events in my life, left my work credit hours askew, but sacrifices as a caregiver to my parents,,,some sacrifices are more important. I have cormorbidities too, those, the same as hair loss itself, come with approaching age milestones. When I say I am a newbie.......in this case, I am literally still awaiting arrival of the Spartan cap. I expect to write about my experience with it, later. I do write reviews......I have written over two hundres of them, via my from the Amazon selling platform, mainly, but also various reviews at other platforms too, including Walmart, and Temu.

The reason I am already writing, despite not even having had a chance to begin using my cap yet, with it being en route to me......is the tactic Spartan finds necessary to employ, or should I say, "unleash" on its newest (would be) customers. Spartan needs to remember that a bird in the hand, is worth two in the bush. I could have just as easily, turned foot and walked away from the entire matter of even purchasing their red light therapy cap. I live austerely but that doesn't mean I must forego my own sense of pride. I did NOT appreciate the BAIT and SWITCH tactic that SPartan engages in, during the final few minutes of their newest customer(s) making the sought after cap purchase. I can't help but to wonder whether the FTC would be interested in the premise/tactic. Bait and Switch is a deceptive tactic considered unethical and for the most part, illegal, isn't it?? Yes, sure Spartan must have plenty of both types of caps, but what I frown upon is the last minute pressure tactic you attempt to levy via telling your paying customer that "hey, this special price we are offering you on our newest and best red light therapy cap?? Well, you legit only have X number of minutes more, and then it's adios & cest la vie, In this poor economy, and with things growing even more dire, it's beyond me that you opt for the pressure tactic. It's wholly disappointing really, Smh, For some of us prospective customers, it's all we can do, to simply muster up the extra funds to even make a purchase such as your "basic cap" much less another $199+ for your new improved model..aka the illustrious "INFINITY PRO" a new and improved Spartan cap in all of its illustrious glory. EASE, PLUS GIFT CARD VARIETY= A WINNER!!!!

Ease was an extremely important factor, in regards to my participation. When I have a list of to do things, chock full both in IRL, and online, I appreciate ease! Note--I didn't say easy. Imo, there's a difference. Easy to me, depending on situation is tantamount to my being lazy, which is not the case. It's just that when I have a lot on my mind, I appreciate straight forward presentation---to me, that is one of the things which contributes to "ease". I appreciate, too, being able and encourage to provide my insights, a'la my "two cents worth" per se. To me, that indicates that my time and input are worthwhile, and not just ego driven, I talk about ease, because of things like focus groups studies, which were me introduction to TREMENDOUS.
My keyword of "EASE" likewise DEFINITELY applies to TREMENDOUS, because when I finished my focus group participation? It was zippity do dah simple to head to Tremendous and make my choice of Gift Card. I loved that there's an expansive selection from which to choose, as well, Overall, an exemplary experience!

I truly appreciate OMO because it…W O R K S!!!!

I truly appreciate OMO because it enables me to keep up with all facets of my endeavoring to lose weight and feel better. For me, the ability to track fasting and water intake is a huge help, but really overall i try to use make use the entire range of trackers. Ever since having implemented it into my life, and routines, I find it an immensely helpful app in my weight loss journey.

OH SO COURTEOUS but, all the same—-shop reasonably. Don’t allow yourself to get swept in the sea of alleged wonderful prices because sometimes if it’s too good to be true —well you know the adage.

I have purchased a LOT of items from Temu. It's a definite learning curve, regarding buying from them, aka doing business with them. I started to use the word "goods" rather than items, but----I found that word to be ironic, because suffice to say----not all items they sell are worthy of being called goods.

They're not going to voluntarily inform you that, "Oh, by the way, valued customer, you need to check your orders listed in your profile for at least 30 days following purchase, because if a price adjustment (ha--gotta' love dynamic pricing, smh)is made, for you to get credit back you need to request that the difference be issued back to you, in credit.
They also aren't going to advertise the fact that they try to coax customers into writing reviews, even if it's only just 1 or 2 words, ie: Nice!! or Wow!.....& so many of the reviews are submitted by that coaxed customer almost immediately after receiving their purchased item. Now, tell me this, how can you properly review an item, if you haven't even used it yet? Stating in the review, that it "looks" good, does NOT mean you've actually tried an item, regardless of what that item actually is. Also, you want to scroll, and I mean SCROLL all the way through the reviews, because it seems that in some instances, the negative reviews, somehow find their way to the bottom, & just how many people even read the reviews, much less scroll and scroll and scroll through them to simply just skim through the wording.
I'd mentioned dynamic pricing........but really in some quite a few instances, there is no real rhyme or reason as to to price increases. A seller may have an item featured in 3 to 5 different sizes (for instance a bear paw shaped dog bed), and three different color choices. The small may be a wonderful bargain then the next size up, the medium size dog bed, may be priced HIGHER than the large dog bed. It seems that ultimately some prices are based on popular choices...they know they can attempt to charge more for something if that "something is coveted, and in demand.

To expound further.......they also do not forthrightly tell you all about everything listed in your profile......truly, how could they even take the time? People I've spoken with who have purchased from Temu, the majority of them aren't even aware, that listed, amongst the various headings in your profile info, is the section: Earn Credits and Free Gifts. And, if you do not ever bother to click on it, so as to open & explore what it means, then you're not going to be curious enough to then click on the Temu Exclusive heading. Within Temu Exclusive, if you apply & are accepted, are chances to earn discounts as well as rebate rewards offered, provided you apply for, and fulfill the requirements necessary to get you that rebate reward (such as checking in daily for 7 days in a row. With the comprehension difficulties that can arise, not only complicated by language difference, but the fact that while they're chat CSRs are located at a Phillipines call center, and while they do actually have a customer service phone number (which is 1-888-480-8368) it seems that the head offices are still, of course, in China.....and ultimately no matter how helpful their chat CSRs & their **phone CSRs can be--ultimately a final decision can end up being in the hands of their China based offices.

THE PREMISE OF THEIR REBATE REWARD OFFERED WITHING TEMU EXCLUSIVE, IS WHAT REALLY HAS ME UPSET!!!! i HAVE GONE IN CIRCLES TRYING TO GET THEM TO COMPREHEND JUST WHAT HAPPENED, BUT IT FEELS AND SEEMS AS IF THEY ARE LITERALLY AVOIDING DEALING WITH THE PROBLEM, VIA SAYING TIME & AGAIN TO ME, VIA EMAIL ESPECIALLY (A AGENT BY THE NAME OF ALEXANDER) THAT THEY can NOT find a record of what I am explaining AND RE-EXPLAINING TO THEM.

i HAVE JUST ABOUT HAD MY FILL OF THE ENTIRE COMPANY & THE WAY THAT IT SEEMS THEY CURVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AS THEY SEE FIT.

ULTIMATELY?? YOU'LL HAVE TO DECIDE FOR YOURSELF IF A LOT OF UNNEEDED BARGAINS, & A BIG PAYPAL (YES, IT'S SAFEST TO USE PAYPAL TO PAY FOR YOUR TEMU ORDERS!!) BALANCE TO PAY OFF MAKE IT ALL WORTHWHILE. DOUBLY TRUE-IS IT WORTH DEALING WITH THE TACTICS EMPLOYED BY TEMU??

Not Worth the Sacrifice!!

This: WHY DOES CHEEKBOSS FALSELY STATE THAT THEIR PANTIES DON’T ROLL DOWN??? They are practicing FALSE ADVERTISING!! Keep in mind the adage: A fool and her money are soon parted! I am that fool! I purchased several pairs. The first pair I wore proceeded to roll down. I have NOT worn any of the others! I paid tge fee to be able to exchange them but I’m done with CHEEKBOSS! I was wearing a basic A line dress, at a close friend’s home…this maneuver was repeated —skooch down…pull them up , repeat, repeat. Embarrassing? YES! Frustrating?? YES!!
If you are able to sacrifice actually being comfortable in exchange for the tactile feel of the material, then go for it! Otherwise —-there are too many competitors for your hard earned money! I am on SSI due to a congenital disability—-my budget is extremely meager—-yet I wanted so to try this product —- so yes I feel I was “played”hence buyer beware. The trade off is not worth it

The material CHEEKBOSS panties are made of is comfy, but that doesn’t make them worthwhile!! I am not skinny!! I am definitely plus size!!! The rolling down of these panties is their literal downfall.

Rebaid proves themselves time and again re delightful and safe no-hassle purchases!!

I exist on a limited budget, yet am only human, therefore I enjoy the occasional splurge. Rebaid is a blessing for me. I'm not waxing poetic....it's just that there are items I would normally consider out of reach, and wholly un-affordable.....yet Rebaid offers me the chance to stay en pointe, and not overspend, while providing myself with the extras I desire. I have deal with companies, via encountering them via FB, and so many of those, are "strings attached" and are not domestic, but international, and at times very iffy. Additionally, they not only want reviews, but almost demand them, as part of the entire process, leaving you literally obliged -if- you wish to be reimbursed. That's of no use, to you, and only serves to hinder, and possibly risk your status as an online customer, re a major selling hub. They are foreign, and really are not following any rules, but their own. So that's a negative, and then you must take into account, how well a good, or an item, is made, and how well it works, and on and on. All the time too, you'll be dealing with an out of country entity. Rebaid is opposite of that----they are definitely US based, and reliable, and-----they represent good sellers with good products. Those sellers are there, to take care of their customers, because they realize they are sowing seed for the return of said customer. That in and of itself, means superb customer service. The sellers are always attentive to customer issues, and needs, as is Rebaid. Basically, when you get down to brass tacks.....Rebaid is great for purchasing some of your wants as well as your needs---thus far, I've never been dissappointed. I don't think you will, either.
