Unterirdische Fliesenverlegung. Neue Eingangsstufen wurden verlegt. Fliesen teilweise lose. Fugen sind zum Teil nicht gefüllt und mit billigstem Material verfugt. Es wurde jede Menge Dreck hinterlassen. Die Einfahrt ist übersät mit großen Zementflecken. Auf Reklamation wird entsetzt reagiert und weiterhin geschieht nichts. Ich kann nur raten, vor der Bezahlung alles genauestens zu kontrollieren.

Es ist erstaunlich und man fühlt sich betrogen, denn man kann die App nicht kündigen! Immer wenn man aufs Abo geht, gibt es technische Problem. Voll der Scam.

I never signed up for this app and do not even have an account and they charged me for months without me noticing it or identifying the charge

I had to dig into what it was until I found it and tried to cancel only to find without an account I could identify or an email registered I could not access their cancellation options
I finally decided to cancel the credit card they were charging and place a claim for scam at the police

I have no active App and am being charged for something I have not used. I did not authorise this payment! Please can you cancel my membership and any further payments with immediate effect. Thankyou.

I am giving 1 star because there is no less rating than 1 I to rate this App. I am been trying to cancel my subscription for months, but the subscription page does not work. I tried in the web app version and it does not work either. I sent a message through their app and they answered they would contact me in 24 hours and they never got back to me. I NEED YOU TO CANCELL THE SUBSCRIPTION AND STOP CHARGING ME.

Its an amazing app

I would advise anyone & everyone to avoid this app like the plague.
This is a fraudulent company that’s parasites on taking money without the users consent, they have been on the BBC as a scam.
DO NOT UNDER ANY MEANS USE LOOK OR DOWNLOAD THIS APP
You will regret your actions the employees who respond to reviews are apologetic and for only one reason is to excuse the scam that is continued to remove fraudulently payments from accounts. This company and all its apps need to shut forever as this is total Fraud.
I don’t want a response.
What I do want is users and potential buyers to research before signing any trial agreements.
This company is owned by the welltech group who have had 200 million users so you can only imagine the massive amount the company had re-frauds from users.
This is massive and needs to stop..
Please do your research and see for yourself the continued fraud that this company is allowed to get away with due to there terms and conditions.

Recently received a reply which as usual is courteous to encourage new users to try and fall into this massive scam. I’ve tried for the refund and failed on so many occasions.
My advise is the same for everyone and to Olivia please get another job& one that does not scam people as this is all the welltech grip does.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von dieser App und die Abofalle in die ich getappt bin. Ich habe sie probeweise getestet und vermeindlich gekündigt. Heute habe ich festgestellt, dass mir über Paypal nach dem Probeabo für 15,95€ bis heute noch 14 x 38,95€ (gesamt etwa 560€) abgebucht wurden. Über die App funktionierte die Kündigung heute wieder nicht, ich musste es über Paypal laufen lassen. NIE WIEDER!!!!! NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN!!!

Die App ist an sich gut und leicht zu bedienen. Was mich allerdings stört, dass sie keineswegs flexibel ist. Wenn man an einem Tag sehr müde ist oder einen langen Tag hat, kann man das Workout nicht am Tag danach nachholen. Außerdem dauert es oft lange, bis das Workout lädt. Ich würde mir etwas mehr Flexibilität wünschen, dass man Tage auch tauschen oder nachholen kann. Ich betreibe viel Sport und habe einen körperlichen anstrengenden Job, es wäre gut, wenn ich das Beinworkout zb auch mal am Dienstag statt am Montag machen könnte.

Arbeiten wurden pünktlich, schnell und ordnungsgemäß ausgeführt.
Arbeitsbereich wurde sauber zurückgelassen.

No permite cancelar la suscripción, aunque en el app viene la opción se queda en blanco y no permite avanzar con el proceso. No atienden reclamos tampoco.

La même histoire que tous les commentaires, j'ai pris un programme pour trois mois à un prix intéressants, mais l'application est sans aucun intérêt.....mais impossible d'annuler via mon compte, j'ai envoyé plusieurs mails, en retour la démarche à suivre pour accéder à l'annulation ( celle déjà effectué plusieurs fois sans succès), mais impossible d'annuler, j'ai dû faire opposition a ma carte pour tout stopper

Ik heb me nooit aangemeld voor dit omo-programma, heb weliswaar de test/quiz gedaan en heb mijn gegevens ingetikt maar op het laatste moment afgebroken en nooit akkoord gegeven. Eerst werd ik doodgegooid met emails (op mijn emails naar hun, dat ik me nooit heb aangemeld en dat ze moesten stoppen met mij lastig te vallen) werd nooit gereageerd en ik heb ze op gegeven moment, na overleg met iemand van rechtshulp, geblokkeerd. Ook hebben ze maandenlang abonnementsgeld van mijn creditcard afgehaald, helaas kwam ik daar pas na meer dan een half jaar achter. Ik heb nooit op hun website gekeken, nooit hun app gedownload, ik heb niet eens een account! Op reddit las ik heel veel soortgelijke ervaringen, ook mensen die meerdere malen hebben geprobeerd op te zeggen maar waar helemaal niet op werd gereageerd. Mensen die hun geld terugwilden, allemaal tevergeefs. Ik pieker er niet over in te loggen en “op te zeggen”; opzeggen waarvoor?! Ik heb geen goed woord voor deze club over. Mijn creditcard is geblokkeerd, en het enige dat ik nog van ze wil horen is dat ze die honderden euro’s die ze van me hebben gestolen teruggeven!!

I LOST $1k BECAUSE OF THIS APP. I don’t even remember downloading it - I don’t use weight loss apps - and without my knowledge this app subscribed me to a plan of $17.50USD a week ($30nzd in my currency) and has been taking it out of my bank account without my knowledge since 6 November last year. I have lost over $1000 to these fraudulent parasites - money that I really needed. The receipt emails had been going to the spam folder in my secondary email account, and the subscription hadn’t even shown up on the Subscriptions list in my phone’s settings - so unbelievably sneaky. I don’t know if there’s any chance I can get this money back, I will call my bank tomorrow.

Pessimo. Ho annullato l'abbonamento, ho seguito la procedura ma continuano a prelevare 40 € dal mio conto ogni mese. Hanno pure cambiato il nome del destinatario. Che truffa.

The app works well for me. When I track my calories, I lose weight. I love the app. It's not perfect, but it's a game changer

I truly appreciate OMO because it enables me to keep up with all facets of my endeavoring to lose weight and feel better. For me, the ability to track fasting and water intake is a huge help, but really overall i try to use make use the entire range of trackers. Ever since having implemented it into my life, and routines, I find it an immensely helpful app in my weight loss journey.
