Just gets better
I recently left a review, thanking EDF for lowering my DD as my account was several hundreds of pounds in credit. I assumed the money would stay in my energy account for future payments. Not so, I hadn't realised EDF has credited my bank account with the money. Very impressed with the fairness and professional running of the company. Keep up the good work

I was very pleased to receive a message on my online account from EDF informing me my direct debits have been reduce as I am several hundreds of pounds in credit. Welcome and much needed during these times.
