Ordered item. One week later has not even left warehouse! Cancelled order. Will not consider using in the future and would not recommend

Awful customer service. Claim reference PWS121448028, Roly, acknowledged 3rd August have heard nothing since. Petwise have not responded to any emails and are virtually impossible to reach by phone. Only correspondence I got was a renewal for my (dead) dog! Very disappointed

Cancelled broadband and home phone and moved to Sky on 16/1. Since then three payments totalling more than £150 have been taken from my bank account, the latest being 23/3, despite contacting Bt several times and being promised that the problem had been resolved and the account shut down. Last contact I was promised a call back on Monday 20/3 and even got a text reminder, but guess what, it never happened. Absolutely awful customer service, would never use this shambles of a company again. Avoid

Ordered four tyres online Wednesday 7/9 to be fitted 9/9. Received message that tyres will be delivered to depot that day but to contact them to make sure. Tyres did not arrive Friday, was told by depot that they would be there Saturday, waited all day for a call, eventually contacted depot to be told that they have not arrived. Absolutely awful service. Nobody seemed too bothered, fitting depot cannot do anything as it’s an online order. Sent emails to online department, no response, had to call them to cancel the order and get a refund, which of course will take 3 to 5 days! I recommend you steer clear of on line ordering, it’s a shambles

Wine good value when on offer but ordered on the understanding as advertised that I would also receive some RHS secateurs which did not arrive. Contacted wine club to be told that the promotion had been oversubscribed so no secateurs. No alternative or compensation was offered so I have now cancelled my membership. Not impressed

Booked on a Sunday for a car to Wembley the following Saturday, got email on the Friday that the car had been cancelled. No alternative offered, absolutely disgusting service. Avoid at all costs

Bought rattan garden suite on line. Good quality furniture, fast delivery by a very pleasant and helpful driver. Very satisfied. Thank you

As reviewed earlier, paid deposit for kitchen but after a bad experience with customer care cancelled. Was contacted after review by store manager who confirmed cancellation and that the deposit would be refunded and should take no more than a week. Guess what, I'm still waiting! Over £1300 which I would like back in my account asap. Be aware that they are in no rush to return any money, they actually quote 30 days for refunds!! Absolutely ridiculous. But there you go, after my experience there is no way I would recommend Wren, product looks good but boy do they mess you around
