12 days on and no delivery of my order…

12 days on and no delivery of my order and no response to my email. Estimated delivery time 3-5 days. Not very good at all.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. This isn’t the level of service we aim to provide, and we completely understand your frustration regarding the delay.

We attempted to resolve this issue for you, but we’ve since been notified that a chargeback was submitted through your bank. Unfortunately, once a chargeback is in progress, we are unable to issue a refund or take further action until the bank reaches a decision due to system restrictions.

If the case is resolved in your favour, the bank will issue your refund directly. However, if the case is resolved in our favour, we’d be more than happy to step in and provide further assistance to ensure the matter is closed to your satisfaction.

Accidents do happen

Accidents do happen but it’s how you fix them that matters and Bare Biology have excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly. Been with this company for supplements for many years and I have never been disappointed.

Not a moments regret with Fussy

I’ve been using fussy for about a year and I can confidently say that I have been fresh everyone of those days. Cost wise I would say it is cheaper than buying a disposable item from shops as the refills last for quite a while. It makes me very pleased to think of all the packaging I have saved in the last year by using fussy. All round it has been one of my better decisions in life and there really is no looking back.

Amazing company and products

Even though Bare biology has grown considerably since I started using them some years ago they still have outstanding customer service, super quick delivery and great products.

Have been using this deodorant for over…

Have been using this deodorant for over a month now and very happy. So glad I can stop using so many throw away products. First stick still going after a month with daily use so good value. Smells nice as well.

Oh my goodness how on earth do you…

Since I wrote the below review you can now get through to British Airway and they have been very helpful. They changed my flight without a problem and no charge.

Oh my goodness how on earth do you speak to someone at this company. Absolutely ridiculous, diabolical customer service, every number you can find just hangs up on you. Do not book with BA unless you are desperate because if you have to change anything you can not speak to anyone at all.

Amazing service all round

Amazing service. I called to check stock, the chap put me on hold went to look. Saw that there was none on the shelf although stock was showing 1. Rang the supplier checked he could get one and said it would be with me by the middle of next week which it was. He called me back so quickly I was super impressed.
Unfortunately I have a problem with the item in that the toilet seat doesn’t seem to be the same colour as the pan despite Burlington advertising it as a match but that’s an issue with the manufacture I guess.

FC5 very poor

I bought the FC5 floor cleaner back in May 2019. So far I have had to send it back twice as it wasn’t working. Once because the rollers weren’t spinning and once because the water wasn’t feeding through. Whilst a system for collection and return is offered it is a pain having to wait in for the item to be collected and returned. No time time slot is given so it’s a long day to have to stay in.

Having just received the floor cleaner back from it’s second trip to be fixed I have opened the box to find the floor cleaner broken!

I have had enough of this product now and would like a refund however they refuse to give me a refund for the product and expect me to spend another 2 days waiting for the product to be collected and re delivered.

This product is not fit for purpose if it breaks so easily. I am very disappointed.

I have to say based on my experience I would not recommend this product.

It’s got that bad I’m emailing The BBC’s Watchdog programme

I’m afraid I’m about to take Staingard or homeserve or uk General insurance or whoever they really are to the small claims court. Having been dealing with them since February 2019 I have finally had enough. The highlights of this debacle have been Homeserve (Staingards sister group) taking my sofa away for over 7 weeks to re cover it only to get a call after 7 weeks saying that they won’t recover it as it will cost them too much money. So they return the sofa in a somewhat crumpled condition and make me a settlement offer which I accept. This was a month ago and they can’t tell me when they will pay the money and in their opinion they don’t have to pay the money at any particular time. I pointed out to them that they sent me a settlement document agreeing to pay me within 28 days but they said it didn’t matter.

I have had months and months of nonsense from homeserve and Staingard. Their staff turnover is extremely high and you just get pushed from pillar to post. I paid £245 for Staingards warranty and it’s not worth the paper it’s written on.

I will be contacting BBC watchdog as well as going to the small claims court as this company seems to me to be quite out of control. I would urge anyone in a similar situation to do the same.

Next day delivery a joke

I had to cancel my order in the end as despite offering next day delivery they didn't even have the item in stock. Item should have arrived on Friday received an email to say would be Tuesday which was then changed to Thursday (maybe). Communication was also very poor - sorry but can't recommend this company at all.

Firstly many thanks for completing a review for us and for placing an order with us.

Let me start by apologising for the delays with processing your order which meant that we weren't able to get your light to you for the following day.

I have had a full look through your order and what happened and un-fortunately the light that we were expecting later the day of your order was subsequently delayed getting to us twice.

We were initially expecting them to be with us later on that day. We were then advised that there was likely to be a short delay and at that point we advised you of this by email. Unfortunately there was then a further delay with the despatch from the manufacturer which meant that it was a further 2 days before they arrived with us.

Fortunately these sort of delays are quite rare although they do happen from time to time with some cycling related products, especially at this time of year, and I do understand how frustrating they are.

When you ordered with us we were expecting the lights in that day which is why the site indicated that the product that you selected was in fact on 3-5 days expected delivery, just in case! We still allow the express delivery option for products in that situation as a number of our customers have told us that even if there is a delay with the product being re-supplied to us, that they want them shipped out immediately as soon as they come back into stock.

We have already processed a full refund for you as I believe you are aware.

Again let me apologise for the delay that you experienced on this occasion and any confusion that inadvertently might have been caused. We carry a large and growing stock of items and work hard to ensure that the site accurately reflects our stock position and when new stock is due in at all times. Sorry that we couldn't offer you what you wanted when you wanted it on this occasion.
