Adam from the Weston super Mare site was excellent, he was very professional despite being so young. He helped us to find a car without a hard sell and took us through the whole process. Handover day was great Adam made sure we were taken through everything and made us feel very comfortable. Would recommend Howards, great service thanks 😊

Delivery time was good and the pouches are lovely, according to my hubby who I bought them for, the price was good as I had a discount!

We had several issues but every issue was resolved even when one of the issues was our AO fault were very helpful and courteous and I was impressed by the excellent customer service.

My rescue who is elderly and a fussy eater who often got sick after eating various well known dog food brands but preferred human food has really taken to the butternut dog food. It smells like human food and he really enjoys it I'm so pleased we've finally found a food that he really likes and will eat he'd often just leave meals or throw up after eating late in the evening but all that has stopped and he's happy would 100% recommend 😊

Great service after a breakdown on a 6 month old washing machine caused by keys left in pockets so repair would have been charged for we saved £56 also very quick getting an engineer visit called on Thursday visit booked in for the Monday and it was bank Holiday and sorted in less than half an hour.

Buying direct from Henry was cheaper than amazon and free delivery, quick delivery very happy 😊

Communication from ao was excellent the delivery drivers were very helpful and the product is very good.
