The advisor on the phone was helpful,but the engineer who fitted the meter said that the ihd would work in 24 hours this was not the case when we phoned scotish power they said it would take 7 to 10 days to register the meter but I told the advisor we are going away in 7 days and I was told I would get my new card in 3 to 5 days but I then had the messing about of getting information off the new meter and sending it to the advisor in my view all this information should be done by the engineer more quickly so we have the meter up and running let us wait and see if we get our new card in the time I was told ???

Tracy the courier threw our boxes over the garden gate in the boxes were fragile items she was lucky nothing broke why did she not knock next door to a neighbour.
