Drayton TVR4 radiator valves are very good and are trouble free for many years until they start to drip water, the best thing then is to change the gland seals without having to de-pressurise the central heating system saving time and expensive plumber fees. Had problems getting the gland seals initially but their customer services helped me to sort this issue. I contacted Screwfix who are looking at holding these seals in stock for customers to buy.

I contacted Drayton support because I had eight Drayton Thermostatic TRV4 radiator valves that were leaking from the pin area dripping water onto the carpets. I was informed that I could stop this happening if I replaced the gland seals which is what can be done. I bought a special key to remove the seals but I checked many plumbing suppliers they recommended and several other supplier web sites but none of them had any stock of these seals, this is a big problem for Drayton valves and their customers like me.
I contacted their customer support and they sent me 4 new seals as a good will gesture. This was brilliant but this only fixed half of my problem.
Fitted these and leaks have stopped but I still have 4 radiators leaking, wetting the carpets.
I offered to purchase 4 more seals from them but so far this request hasn’t been approved or acknowledged. Hope they help me out further.
I hope they send me them soon as I’m fed up having wads of kitchen roll mopping up the water.
Great customer service but Drayton need to make spare seals more available.

If you have ever had a flat tyre you find that this always happens at the most inconvenient time.
We were driving home after doing our weekly shop when my BMW signalled that my rear tyre was losing pressure. Not being far from home I managed to get onto my drive.
With not having a spare wheel or a jack I was glad when BMW rang me to let me know that their breakdown service were coming to help.
They removed the flat tyre and loaned me a Get You Home wheel.
I arranged for a new tyre to be fitted, which was done. The loaned wheel was collected by BMW which was brilliant.
I contacted Premia Solutions completed the claims form with photos, new tyre receipt and submitted to Premia Solutions. They assessed my claim, approved it and refunded the full cost of the new tyre.
So from a bad situation, thanks to BMW and Premia Solutions all turned out well. Thanks

Ordered two new tyres for my BMW, price was good and they were delivered to Wilco exactly as arranged.
Wilco fitted them and they were brilliant.

The original Hotpoint fridge/freezer unit we were initially told by AO would fit into our integrated kitchen unit came but it had to be returned and swapped for a Beko unit which again was delivered but the fitter couldn’t remove the blanking cover over the feet so the Beko had to be returned and swapped for another Beko.
This time the new Beko arrived and was fitted well by your engineer so hopefully this unit will now be fine. Thanks.

I ordered three items but only two of them arrived, the third was missed by mistake.

I have been building up a train set for my 3 year old grandson who is train mad.
The train set itself was his fathers from when he was a boy. Everything had been boxed away for 20 years so when we opened everything up some track had rusted and degraded, some buildings were damaged so I had to renew the points and some track, repair the buildings, service everything and rebuild the layout.
Nearly all my local model shops that used to sell Hornby equipment have closed so I needed to find a new, reliable supplier.
I found Jedlam toys and models on Google so I gave them a try and they have been brilliant.

I claimed for a wheel repair after I damaged it on a kerb.
Premia arranged for the repair to be done so I took my car for this to be done to their recommended repair company.
Because I don't have a spare wheel and I couldn't afford to have my car off the road for several weeks whilst my diamond cut wheel repair was being done the wheel damage was filled and painted whilst I waited. This took about 2.5 hrs.
Although the wheels diamond cut finish hasn't been fully restored to its original condition the wheel does look OK.

Our album was completed as we required and the quality is good.
Colours on a couple of prints came out a bit warm but other than that it was fine.
