Tyre replaced - money sent quickly. Helpful and efficient.

Online portal is easy to use to submit a claim. Within 24 hours I was contacted by the local repair centre who left a message to call back. It took a couple of attempts to get in contact with them but was a busy time of year. Once the mobile repair was booked in the repair was carried out on time and to a high standard.

I have not one cimplaint with anything that occurred from beginnin to end.

Initially I was given details for Bristol Wheel Alignment who are an hour away and wanted car for 3 days. When I asked why they needed 3 days they just said “that’s how long it takes!”. I would have to get a long cab return trip, arrange a hire car if I continued. However, the Vertu mobile repairer arrived promptly, did a great job and was friendly-he took an hour!

Easy to set up with repairer, no problem on timing or venue as it fitted in well with other things, efficient and good job done.

With only 50 miles on the clock and t he e day after we took delivery of our new XC40, we were shocked to experience a puncture. However, it ‘got sorted’ and we signed on to make a claim to cover the new, replacement tyre. The process was straight forward, I followed the on-line instructions and submitted the claim. I was kept informed by email and re-embursed within a couple of days. Excellent service well worth the insurance premium.

My initial contact was by telephone was dealt with by a lady who who was very helpful and efficient. She sent me a link to all the relevant paperwork. I completed the forms and sent a couple of photographs. These were acknowledged straightaway and the payment was approved very quickly. The money in my account within two days. Very happy.

Really easy online portal - clear what you have to uploads. Easy to track progress of claim. And no quibbling with any of the claims - all were approved. A really good company to deal with.

To be honest they are a total nightmare too deal with and don't care about you and trying to get my money back well that's like pulling teeth
