Initially I was given details for Bristol Wheel Alignment who are an hour away and wanted car for 3 days. When I asked why they needed 3 days they just said âthatâs how long it takes!â. I would have to get a long cab return trip, arrange a hire car if I continued. However, the Vertu mobile repairer arrived promptly, did a great job and was friendly-he took an hour!

However, it âgot sortedâ and we signed on to make a claim to cover the new, replacement tyre. The process was straight forward, I followed the on-line instructions and submitted the claim. I was kept informed by email and re-embursed within a couple of days. Excellent service well worth the insurance premium.
