Great customer service

Upgrading with these guys was easy and quick. I had my new phone within 48 hours, would have been quicker but I had missed the deadline for next day delivery. Thoroughly pleased with the customer service and how patient the advisor was when I asked lots of questions. I dare say I'll be using this same process next time

Dealing with CarFinance 24/7 was super easy. This is the second car I’ve bought via CF24/7. Josh Worswick was brilliant. He was in touch with me from day one until I drove away in my new car. He was also super patient with me if I dropped him an email or phone call. Kudos to him especially for his patience.

Peace of mind

We’ve had our oven repaired twice using D&G. Easy to arrange, workmen arrive at the appointed time and had the work completed quickly and efficiently.

With the expense of new white goods, better to be covered by D&G for a couple of £ per month than be out of pocket for a couple of hundred

We called to get our oven repaired via…

We called to get our oven repaired via the manufacturer who sent these guys to our rescue.
Our oven was fixed within two days allowing for communication between the manufacturers etc but a good job was done. Thanks Graham (3029)

We've been with Ovo Energy for some time. Our smart meter came from them too.

Easy to use

I needed work done on my car, popped a few details onto the site, and sat back to allow the various garages to do the rest. Once a quote was selected, the next steps were even easier. Hopefully I won't need too many jobs done, but I'll be back if I do. Already recommended to colleagues
