Emergency ,rang at 1:45 run out of astma inhalers,5 phone calls later,can't find nhs number,born n bred londoner,left with nothing,don't like to call out ambulance, so they have meds but £65 at the chemist,,very dissatisfied

Dalston cross,discusting behaviour from a staff member,yanos needs retraining,how you going to walk away from a customer,I tried to speak to him on behalf of the customer ,over the phone he did not listen just walked off,bare in mind the customer has a learning difficulty ,shame on yo yanos ,manager Franklin had to take over,this staff member needs to be retrained,I personally will be sending email to head office

Discusting service from weekend customer service team,left without hot water and heating due to a fault,rang approximately 9 am for a engineer to visit ASAP,1st operative didn't put it through,continued ringing,appointment between 1 and 4 ,no show,kept ringing tean,still no show,bare in mind I've a disability which states priority,currently still without the basis hot water and heating,discusted in the lack of service.come Monday i will be changing suppliers,along with a huge complaint

Parcel delievered, safe place,if you think that outside of the front door in a block of flats is a safe place your wro g,you may aswell if just left it in the middle of the road,that way my last order from this company,thier standards are very close to hermes which is non existent,shame on you

Customer service is shocking,2 payments taken out in 1 month,a month later still awaiting response ,kept making excuses,claimed they can not see double payment,but can still send info on missed payment,all you get is sorry to hear your having issue please dm us so we can look into it,I've been awaiting a month,no call back from team,only when they realised I escalated a formal complaint,not happy with the service at all,you've now admitted to taking out double payment after a month of me running around to get evidence,constantly been told we can't see double payment.

Shocking service,due a delievery yesterday,twice I was messaged stating 11 minuits away,3 hrs later nothing.get sent a message stating it had been delivered,not to myself,cancelled order,get a knick at the door 9:45pm delivery,funny that as argos already stated they had delivered,refused parcel,blatant liars

Awaited in all day for delivery, phone call stating at 3:15,30 mins until delievery,continued to check tracking 1st on delivery then 2nd and now,message saying failed to deliver,not very good for a delivery service that fails to deliver,plz don't tell me to email contact as you don't even answer,or reply back,pointless if you are going to tell me we are sorry this has happened,not our usual way of practice,and still don't do anything will not recommend this company

Nothing but troubles since monday,claim no tracking number but had email earlier that day stating time for pic up,no show arranged again that evening stated flat matress,following day driver turns up sorry no it's too big for my van,arrange another pick up again that evening,ring up yodel to confirm pick up,low and behold ask for tracking number no details,so ring supplier to find at as to why I'm still awaiting,they ring yodel themselves straight away given ref no after I was told there was none,am now currently awaiting for someone to turn up,shocking service,do not use !

Disappointed with the service, no show for next day delievery,matress arrived opened it,stains and faulty £455 for poor quality,so I arrange a return,yet again no show,between yourself and yodel not a clue,rude staff i will b closing my account,do not shop with these
