The process within Scotts worked well. They use Evri as there delivery company which is a 1 star company. I'm still waiting for the delivery to be made, Evri have had the parcel for more than a week, why, incompetence comes to mind. I won't use Scotts again while they use Evri.

I ordered a Denon Hi Fi unit for collection and it had been put aside for me. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. What more can I say other than I've used them before.

Product good, could have done with a drawing including pipe protrusion from tile surface. Delivery timescale went from 3 days to 10 and then was delivered 2 days earlier than expected so had to change plans.

Thank you for your positive feedback. Sorry for the slightly vague delivery timeframe. We are working to improve this but at the moment due to both courier and supplier delays we are having to show a slightly longer delivery timeframe than usual.

Basin arrived on agreed date and was perfect for our small understairs loo. The website included useful photos and a good dimensioned plan and elevation of the products which helped us in deciding to buy this basin and cupboard. Full marks from us

Easy to follow website. Advice available in store from friendly staff. Used this company frequently for DIY jobs, plumming electrics etc. Always positive experience unlike some other high street stores

There were no fitting instructions or guide. Also you charge quite a lot for packaging and delivery but still one of the components was bent and needed a bit of fettling to get it to fit. (CEng with years of practical experience)
