Disappointed

Ordered a pillow online and it arrived damaged.
The pillow was squashed in the middle and unusable and I had to return it.
The whole experience was a waste of time.
I was not expecting this for a company who claims their standard are high and have premium prices for their products.
I was very disappointed by the lack of quality checks before dispatch.

Thank you for your review, it is disappointing to hear.

I am aware that we have received the original pillow back in to us, there is limited information on your returns form so I am unsure whether it was only the pillow that was squashed and thus there is a defect in the product or whether it has been squashed in transition to you.

I have your reference number so I will see if I can get this information from my warehouse team and then look into it further, we need to know if it is our products or the way that we have distributed it to you that was the cause of the issue.

I do thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, we need honest feedback so that we can develop and learn.
