Order not delivered

Ordered a bed for Friday delivery. Delivery came but couriers only brought 2 of 3 boxes - the main missing box being the one with all the main parts! We were told by the couriers that the other box would probably come "on a different route". Luckily we rejected the part delivery as this assertion was clearly false. We subsequently emailed both bedkingdom and the courier - apparently all was ok and delivery was rearranged for Tuesday. However, the couriers tried once again to deliver an incomplete order on Tuesday with the main part of the bed missing. Again, we have rejected the delivery, and now are waiting for a bed, with no timeline from company or courier other than it will be delivered when sorted, alongside a very disappointed child who was promised this new bed on Friday, was ok to wait until Tuesday, and now, I can't give a timeline.

Absolutely do not recommend using this company

1st class service

1st class service, I was very impressed with how Hannah and her colleagues handled and resolved the issue I had with my delivery. The bunk beds purchased were good value for money and ideal for my 2 grand children. Would have no hesitation in recommending bedkindom.

Some last minute confusion as to whether the item we purchased was in stock. However resolved very easily via a phone call with customer services.

Fantastic delivery drivers

Really pleased with the bed but more than that the delivery drivers were incredibly helpful and fantastic. I was in the middle of moving house and so was quite difficult to get hold of but they were very patient and understanding and made sure the bed got to my address with no problems. Would give them 10 out of 5 stars!

I love the bed but need better instructions.

I love the bed, but, instructions not really clear, and you have to open all the boxes to make it happen, i think could be better organised.

Order Now for Delivery in 2028!

We ordered a new bed for our daughter in early November. We were told delivery would be 4-6 weeks, so it was our intention that the bed would be our daughter's Christmas present.

This was our daughter's first bed, so was particularly special. She was outgrowing her cot and was so excited to have a new "big girl" bed.

The bed has just been delivered, over 4 months after ordering. Our daughter has had to sleep on a mattress on the floor for the last 2 months as she was climbing out of her cot and so it was no longer safe.

Communication has been extremely poor. Only when my husband asked for a full refund did the company eventually take our complaint seriously. They did upgrade the mattress free of charge, but this did not really compensate for the inconvenience and stress this company has caused.

I do not recommend ordering from The Bed Kingdom and we certainly will not be using them again!

The bed itself is great & sturdy

The bed itself is great & sturdy, ideal for space saving!
Very good quality.
There were a few marks on the wood which was annoying as it was really expensive especially without the mattresses.

Ordered my bed and it came the following day, absolute bargain for what I had! King size bed with over sized head board quality is amazing. Brilliant for the price! Looks so expensive.
