Very poor after customer service and property management
After 3 months of moving in the tiles in the bathroom came away from the wall and several cracked. I contacted customer service continually over a period of 5 months before they arranged for a tiler to fix and replace tiles.
Also, the lock at the main entrance to my apartment block, was always very loose. Eventually it broke completely. However, it took approx. 4 months before Bellway customer service arranged for a new lock to be fitted. In the meantime the landings and stairs were used by teenagers to `hang out' with bikes and scooters. I was very concerned about security as any stranger could enter the apartment block day or night.
The windows are very poorly sealed allowing very cold air to pass through - in winter, despite have the heating on full, the bedrooms are freezing.
My apartment Is on a main road yet there is no sound-proofing - hence I am woken every morning by the sound of heavy traffic, including lorries and trucks, passing under my windows.
In over two and a half years the outside windows have never been cleaned.
Finally the grounds are not tidied - they are used as a dumping ground by passers by and a lot of litter left to build up around trees for months.
