First time visiting and really impressed and happy with selection, layout, cafe, and the facilities in general, really nice warm friendly staff, who helped each other when one was busy which is very refreshing to see.
We spent most of our time upstairs and came away having ordered a new mattress, thanks Ian! Then downstairs…and we nearly bought a sofa too! Perhaps more time and we would have. The staff everywhere were really friendly and helpful, but we didn’t want to hold staff up as it was getting late.
Just wonderful to find somewhere with good parking, easy access and so good for wheelchair access. Thank you!

I normally use the collect from store option, but this was truly a fast delivery and for that, I don’t mind paying

Richard 4343, was excellent. Informative, trustworthy and excellent at climbing in through rear of the car! Explained what he felt was the issue and discussed previous call outs.

This Evri delivery was done correctly. It was brought to the rear of my property and left as asked. Delivery person was polite

Delivery driver was polite and courteous, waiting for me to get to the door. (Unlike some delivery companies!)

Shopping on line is just too easy! However on this occasion the stock levels let me down and I missed out on one item.
The item I did get though is something I’ve looked at soo many times and I can honest say, I’m really really happy and pleased I finally gave in!

I went into the local branch and received excellent advice from Suzanne (Norwich) store. Totally happy with the purchase and even my husband was happy once he’d got home. I’ve since been back for another look at items, but when the wheelchair developed a problem, we did encounter a problem with the support. Again Suzanne was on the problem, trying to fix it and giving advice. We now haspve a replacement wheelchair. This is really a service we need, friendly and a good space to try appliances….even with a bakers next door 🤔😃

I usually call into the local store, but on this occasion I didn’t have the time to collect so I opted for home delivery. This proved to be a lots faster than expected, which was excellent and just what I needed

Staff were extremely helpful. I gave basic information on my situation and without an6 hesitation they talked me through some options and explained the returns policy and procedures, just in case I made the wrong choice, fantastic. Thank you

When I received these plants they were very dry. Again, the shipment had been made at the end of the week so the plants are left unattended for longer than they should be. Not good. In addition, the email to say they’d been despatched arrived 2 hours after I’d received them!

Hi, after so many problems with a previous order, we placed another order and had it delivered to our home. We received it really quickly and Royal Mail actually did as asked. The item is perfect and a nice change to other jackets.

Pleasantly surprised at how quickly the order got to my designated pick up shop, however still waiting on one item a couple of weeks later.
Hello, we’re now another couple of weeks on…….I’m still missing this item?! Please advise when I will receive it. I paid for this more than a month ago now!

Over 2 weeks after ordering via click and collect I’m still waiting!
I’ve asked the local store, where staff were helpful but it was too late to call anyone and I’ve emailed.

Order was prompt, no delay collecting with easy parking as always

I’ve found the whole experience really easy, comfortable and even educational. No one treated me as “an idiot” and all were eager to share their knowledge but in layman’s language. We’ve now got the panels up and working and it’s amazing how much electricity is generated, even in early March. Electricity prices may come down but they always go back up and higher than they were before. It’s good to know that we’re now helping both ourselves and the planet.

Hi, I recently gave in to the idea of new and improved garage doors. Tony came out and talked through my options and discussed the differences in what was available, and left me to make my decision…which was very easy. On the day of installation Tony arrived on time, was nothing short of excellent. Got on with the job in hand, tested it thoroughly and demonstrated all the safety features. Then cleared up and was away again all within the original time line. Despite the freezing temperatures!
