TRUSTPILOT is the only remedy against cyber theft, which is an important problem that costs all honest internet sellers a lot of business. Trust Pilot has set its progrsmming to bounce off reviews that identify the web site and that allows them to continue. Here's my review:

I wrote this only yesterday to my Brit neighbo(u)rs in Normandie -- so here is the truth not written for this use by Wise:

Thank you again for Transferwise (now "Wise.com") -- all three of my CR cards are rejecting approval of foreign transactions -- even after I call the banks and tell them I make them to pay my bills in France. I had to call EDF today to get their RIB and addresses, since they can't take prelevement [bill debits] on my US banks, the French banks, incl. Compte Nickel, can't accept my titre de sejour [visa]. So without Wise, I would have had to sell up before this! Perhaps that's what I must do anyway, since I can't come to France anymore until Covid is over (I did get vaccinated). Jack is no longer accepted as a service-dog inside the plane. That is, the cargo hold is not pressurized from Sarasota, and my medical doctor's letter is no longer accepted for inside the cabin. Am in a quandary what to do with the furnished farmhouse.

and even tried to sell me more stuff from the site with a coupon. But the shipment has not arrived as of Oct 13th, no answer to inquiry. Then I saw they are in Singapore and are most likely cyber thieves.

Alexandra C. at BigBlu U.K. provided me the best service I have found in my ventures as an internet customer. I came to her by BigBlu's acquisition of Tooway in Basse (Lower) Normandie, which promised me easy suspension of service with no activation or deactivation charges if I bought the satellite equipment. BigBlu apparently does not offer this suspension, even though it is just flipping a switch in a tech central, Alexandra understood immediately and cared about the inordinate amount of time it cost me to suspend billing past the date I had paid toward in advance. It was the bureaucrats from Hell until Alexandra released me! I value intelligence and caring above all in my business encounters. There is no reason BigBlu--France or UK do not offer secondary-residence suspension without this torment. But the UK office is redeemed by Alexandra.


Thanks for your Team's rapid reply -- I already sent this to Alexandra. You should reply to the question why you do not honour your legal succession to Tooway by offering the suspension service. This "contract cancellation" until I return to my secondary residence means going through the whole application again AND paying an activation fee, for BigBlu to flip a switch!

This update is to stop sophisticated false ads to perpetrate international financial crime about which media ad departments and CR card fraud do nothing.
The Facebook "Scammed by Megadeals" community is organized to send daily emails to seven listed addresses on Facebook (which advertized for them!) with the transaction-number, date, amount, payment method, of each individual (telling the same story as here)
Also, PLEASE REPORT TO THE RCMP ANTI FRAUD CENTER AT 888 495 8501 OF THE ROYAL CANADIAN MOUNTED POLICE. Most have not even used the "toys" knowing they have no high-tech, but can't return them because those who have, had them come back from non-existing addresses. So don't let them tell you they can't take them back for "hygiene" because useless anyway.

They filmed a clever ad on youtube.com showing their robo-vac working and dramatising a story of two inventors who quit their well-paying tech engineering jobs with a vacuum company that was reducing quality of materials while raising prices -- so that people could get a good one at a reasonable price. Then they "offer" three for the special "half-price" for two. Three weeks later you get a cheap plastic 300-gram, 20 cm-diameter item with maybe 20 centileter dust bin and pencil-eraser brushes already fallen off in the package. The "support team" of Megadeals answers your first email with surprise and says for "hygiene" they can't take any of them back -- you say you haven't used them because they don't have anything "high-tech" in them in PA of suction or infrared sweeping robo. That's it -- no more answers. This is international crime and Customs of all countries, as well as Youtube, Google, or Facebook advertising, should pursue MegaDeals (now becoming ManyDeals) for grand larceny. Credit cards will stop payment when they get enough fraud claims.
