Hi Errol,
Thanks for taking the time to leave some feedback. However, I'd like to explain that your items were in fact delivered on time. Your order was placed at 21:25 on Thursday 15/09. Our cut-off time for next day deliveries is 1pm so your order rolled over to be processed on the next working day which was Friday 16/09. The item was dispatched on Friday and delivered the next working day which was Monday 19/09. As stated on our website next working day deliveries do not include weekends.
I hope this clears things up and restores your confidence in us being able to deliver on time.
