Had to quickly escape with my crying children!

Beyond this, there is no security in the form of either personnel or cameras, and the terrain is uneven, muddy. The carpark is unattended. I paid for parking and was flatly refused, despite being calm and reasonable. I have lost my money and was not able to park. This guy is a dangerous conman!!!

Please take note and park somewhere else, Hunters next door is friendly, secure and cheaper.

I wish I could select 0 stars. If you need to return anything they will just take your money. The company is a SCAM, they are holding hundreds of pounds of my money, even though I have abided by their returns terms and conditions.
Stick with Pandora if you want nice jewelry and don't want to get SCAMMED.

I was wanting to modify my order number and they would just not accommodate, this was almost immediate after ordering.

UPDATE, They have now agreed to a refund and returned my funds to my account. Score amended to appreciate their reactive actions.

After ordering an item accidently, I immediately rang them to explain the mistake, however the lade rude lady from their customer service department informed me that it was basically tough. She admitted that they had not packaged the item, but basically said that I had no rights. This company is criminal and does not abide by its own policies and more importantly, the LAW!!!

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

Really great website and easy to use, far better than Aliexpress.

Sales staff were helpful and gave absolutely no pressure.
