Kate gave a clear and precise answer to my question. Unfortunately she was unable to resolve my issue sending multiple emails but did give me a possible solution to try and a workaround in the meantime. Just need to be patient when sending mass emails.

The company produced a brand new, 3D-printed car part for me that was impossible to find online because of the age of the car. This really saved my renovation project and their customer service, particularly from Kamil, was brilliant when I had a query afterwards.
