Outstanding Customer Service

Bought Bristan basin taps to replace old taps in my daughter's cloakroom, but the cold dripped badly after 18 months. I contacted Bristan (they are guaranteed for 10 years) and they sent out a new valve. Unfortunately the new valve did not solve the problem, but after another email they sent me a new tap. Annoying that the tap was leaking but the response from Bristan has been first class.

A Job Well Done.

A good company to deal with, kept us well informed of progress when planning the restoration of our roof. Brad and McKenzie did a great job clearing the moss and repairing the roof, where needed, and applying the coating. They cleared up after each day and took any debris off the roof away with them. We now have a roof that looks like new and the coating should keep it that way for a long time! Thank you Artisan, another satisfied customer.

Awful Customer Service

Once Anglian received my deposit the communication was hopeless. Called numerous times to find out the status of my order but got nowhere. Eventually I received a letter in the post telling me they could not complete the order because of the proximity of the house next door (my house is detached!) Took another 2 weeks before my deposit was refunded.

Technician turned up 3 hours late

Technician turned up 3 hours late. No contact from Autoglass to tell me what was going on. No apology for messing me around. Not a good experience.

Ruby Necklace

Bought a lovely ruby necklace for my wife for or 40th Wedding Anniversary, she's absolutely thrilled with it. My only issue was the delivery. First I was told it would be at least 3 weeks, as it was made to order. Then I got an email 3 days later to say it would be delivered the next day. As we were going on holiday that day, I asked for the delivery to be delayed for 2 weeks. Unfortunately, I had on 2 further occasions request a delay to delivery whilst we were on holiday.

Smart Meter

Had a Smart Meter fitted last November and was told the display unit would be sent within 2 weeks... still waiting. Tried the Live Chat but was a waste of time.

Hey Chris, I'm really sorry about this - we'll need to get you set up with your in home display unit because these are great, you can see what you're using at a glance and have an idea of how much your next bill will be. There are always slight differences because your display unit doesn't show standing charges, but it's a great way to keep track of your energy.

Helpful sales assistant, not too pushy, but advised us when required.Just received notification of delivery via a text message (as we were advised we would) so hopefully it will be delivered on the date agreed.

Annual Boiler Service

Annual Boiler Service was due in September, but had no contact from Corgi, so phoned up in October to arrange the service. On the day the service was due I got a call from the engineer to say he couldn't make it, but would call back to make another appointment. Never called back. Called Corgi and made another appointment which was cancelled on the day it was due. Called Corgi, was told it's not their fault, the engineers are not employed by them. Another appointment booked for December, 3 months after it was due!
