Joke of a care plan as they call it…

Joke of a care plan as they call it send a engineer that clearly doesn't know what he is doing doesmt fix my oven and leaves saying ill have to book back in so my oven still doesn't work. Walk through my hoise no shoe.covers and dirty boots. And put oven on floor no protection damaging my floor. They send a link to complete a survey and because I leave a bad review they send a message saying I've been opened out of the survey waiste of time and money

Took 3 weeks for a window to be fixed

Took 3 weeks for a window to be fixed. First wasnt ordered when said it was. Then apparently it didnt turn up on day of original fix. No one turned up and no call to tell me it wasnt there. One week later it was fix so was without ise of my car for 3 weeks. Would not personally use this company at all. Manager or shop couldnt care less.

My small window on my car was broken …

My small window on my car was broken on 21st February. I told allianz and still to this day my car is not fixed there is no care feom allianz the call agents lie 2 times ive been told they would call me back. Im spending my days chaseing up my window and all i get is we domt know. My car has not been used for 2 weeks and again no.car no offer of curtesy csr. As they know its been 2 weeks. My car has been open to the elements. I would not recommend these as as rhey do not car aboit service or doimg what you pay them for.

Again still nothing 30 days now no…

Again still nothing 30 days now no response. At att taken my parcel lost me £212.35. And all they will do is send a auto response to this review saying contact customer service with i have done for 30 days. So Evri imstead of sending that reply witch im sure you will just to ignore me and make it look like you are helping. Actually help look into this parcel and sort my refund out... C00HHA0432088849
Im fed up and want to make a high level complaint.

They have had my parcel over 1 month…

They have had my parcel over 1 month now and have ignored me for over 2 weeks with no reply from them. And they will respon to this review sating please contact us. I have done this for 1 month and nothing i have lost over £200 this close to Christmas and theybare refuseing to respond to me. I have asked for calls and sent numerous emails. And nothing this is theift stay well away and ignore there responce to this as its lies

Evri ignoreing all communication with me

Evri have had my parcel since 25th November. And still now 19days later they are ignoreing all communication. And with holding my parcel/ refund do not send with evri as they clearly only care about money any item worth over £150 they will "loose" or steal. And then you have to wait a month for any refund. DO NOT DEAL WITH EVRI! Still nothing to this date ive lost over £220

if i could give a 0 i would my parcel…

if i could give a 0 i would my parcel has been delayed for 1 week and evri doing nothing to resolve this. losing over £200 and keep getting told the will get back to me and still nothing is done. complete lack of care. taking over £12 to deliver and not even attempting it. weird how any item over £50 ether goes missing or gets lost. evri full of Thief's.

Order a autumn daze bouquet large. And what i received was more like a small and not what i ordered with on 4 different flowers and not what what show and told in description. Poor and chocolates is a small box well smaller than small with 3 chocolates in.

NHBC dont care about home buyer they…

NHBC dont care about home buyer they only care about the money they have probably got off the home builder sell you a house with a "buildmark" cover. Not worth the paper its printed on.. they ignore you and do not respond to complaints or anything also state they will act on something then change there mind. Avoid nhbc at all cost if you can. Dont be sold a house with this so called brilliant nhbc cover its not at all.

Legal side isnt worth anything went all out to refuse our claim so they do not have t o incur and cost them selfs. My advise steer clear as they will not help you in anyway. Like most insurance companies.
