Lost Package

I placed this order a week earlier and when I contacted Chemist Direct because it wasn't delivered they said it was because Evri lost the order! I had to place the order again which meant my discount code was out of date so you cost me more money!
Absolute disgrace!

Dreadful customer service

After being a regular customer of Chemist Direct I am appalled by their lack of customer care! They sent me an email offering a discount code but when I placed the order it was declined and customer care were very unhelpful and abrupt! They don't seem to realise there are other online suppliers who do value their customers!

Unfortunately, some products are excluded from discounts for various reasons, this is set out within the T&C's for discounts.

Completely inaccurate response from Thane, which is what I've come to expect from their customer service department. And I've still never received the replacement parts promised two weeks ago!

I was sent an email by Chemist Direct giving me a voucher code for my next order. When I tried to use it the website wouldn't accept it. The Customer Service department were dreadful. They kept coming up with reasons why it wasn't accepted when I proved one wrong they tried another, even though I had the offer in black and white. They clearly work to the slogan the customer is always wrong! I ended up cancelling the order and would advise anybody not to use them!

I have looked into this and can confirm that the replacement parts have been sent out to you and are currently within the Royal Mail network. There was initially an issue with locating your order as you had entered the incorrect email address on your online order. This was entered as .co.uk rather that .com so we could not locate your order from your email to us. I have now corrected your email address on your order.

Dreadful Service Telephoned to arrange delivery and I…

Telephoned to arrange delivery and I selected a date 3 weeks later to give plenty of notice. After waiting in there was no delivery made by early afternoon so I called the number. The woman promised to call me back in 10 minutes, 90 minutes later after hearing nothing I called back and she told me they had decided to change the delivery date to 4 days later without even telling me!!! Completely unacceptable!!

I have used Chemist Direct for many years. Whilst there has been the odd problem which have usually been courier problems they have always made every effort to solve them quickly.

An item was out of stock so the whole order was put on hold. Then when I cancelled the item and said the other items were urgent the sales member didn't respond and there was no urgency attached to the order. Not good customer service!

I have ordered an item twice in about 4 weeks and both times the website has said it was in stock but after the order was placed it was in fact out of stock!! The website is not updated and it is a lottery as to whether you are going to get what you ordered!!

If you go to our home page, click on the Online Doctor tab and login from here. Alternatively, you can call us on 0113 2650222 and we will be happy to help you navigate through the website.

Please can you check the email address you are sending your emails to, as I have searched our database and I am unable to find any emails from you at our email address support@pharmacy2u.co.uk.
