They take your money and the products do not come. How can such a scam stay in business?

Beware ordered EDP (perfume) but received eau de toilette
Ordered jean paul le gaultier le male gift set. Stated EDP (perfume) on the site but EDT(eau de toilette) was delivered. When i emailed I was informed that at the bottom of the page, in smaller print, it did say EDT. Which is contradictory if not mis-selling. I ordered EDP but received EDT. No apology was given. BEWARE

Terrible customer service.
I ordered some items with 5-7 day delivery [I was in Spain at the time on holiday hence the extended delivery time]. They didnât arrive so I asked for a refund and was told to wait 6 weeks until I could apply for one.
They eventually arrived 4 weeks later after ordering. By then I had purchased the items elsewhere so asked if I could return the package when I returned home to the UK. I was told I could return them but I had to pay the return postage.
They have accepted no responsibility for their dismal service. No personal approach or apologies. Very poor customer service. Short, abrupt, almost computerised responses. I advise not to use their website and shop elsewhere.
FAILURE TO REFUND COST OF FAULTY ITEM
I had to return a non-functioning digital thermometer which wasn't cheap, but had been recommended by WHICH? Despite proof of return (by their chosen carrier - EVRI - they have failed to reimburse me. This is tantamount to theft.

I was dubious about buying from this chemist online due to previous bad reviews so I just decided to purchase one small thing as I couldnât get it anywhere else, I did want to buy multiples but thought Iâd test the site out first. I have to say they were GREAT! I received my order very quickly and tracking info every step of the way. I will definitely go back to buy more now. Hopefully they keep up the great work!

I ordered some medication from Chemist Direct which failed to arrive and they blamed the courier who had allegedly returned the items to them so they offered me a refund (so far ok), having paid £11.98 including "delivery" I was refunded £8.49 so in other words they kept the delivery charge which was very customer friendly of them , I will never use this company again

Declined the med i ordered, and then stopped all contact as soon as I requested a refund. Ordered a different item and they never gave it to me and are still refusing all contact. Get your meds elsewhere

One of the worst customer service Iâve come across, my parcel was dropped off to a bottleâO bc I wasnât home with no notification of attempted delivery or where the parcel would be to pick up. Sent back to chemist direct who said if I wanted my product Iâd have to repay $9.95 to have delivered again regardless of lack of notification, I was basically told bad luck. Chemist Direct use Sendle for delivering parcels. Sendle leaves parcels at a bottleâO if youâre not home. If a child orders from the chemist ie: hair products and isnât home for delivery, the child must pick it up from a liquor store. Chemist direct knows this and seem ok with that. ððŒ

Terrible order and email system
All I wanted were some buscopan cramps. I then received an email telling me they needed more information and I should reply to the email - which I did - I sent a detailed email. Four days later I received exactly the same email but from a different email address. When I phoned they said they hadn't received my email. How many different email addresses are they using? Why do they tell you to reply to an email address when they don't seem to know which email account to use? I wasted my time with an incompetent company that can't communicate effectively. I needed the medecine before travelling- but it was too late. I will never use them again.

I was sent an email by Chemist Direct giving me a voucher code for my next order. When I tried to use it the website wouldn't accept it. The Customer Service department were dreadful. They kept coming up with reasons why it wasn't accepted when I proved one wrong they tried another, even though I had the offer in black and white. They clearly work to the slogan the customer is always wrong! I ended up cancelling the order and would advise anybody not to use them!

I have emailed twice already but have not even received the courtesy of a reply. I have just emailed them for the third time to find out when I can expect it. Absolutely appalling customer service. I now have to source the item elsewhere as I have run out.

When I questioned it I was told ( quite bluntly) images are for illustration only and may be different to the product ordered.
