Smart Park and Ride Manchester

Smart Park and Ride Manchester
WARNING do not use under any circumstances.
We where told to phone them 30 mins before dropping the car off - to be told they couldn't take us to the airport and we would be stuck.
They took our money but we had to make alternative arrangements at 0600 in the morning.
I tried to contact them following this on the 3/12/24 but they don't answer you back
DISGRASEFUL - KEEP WELL AWAY.
They are based in Ashford Under Lyne.

Awful service

Awful service, awful quality.
Ordered a dress and received trousers and a top. No dress.
They won't refund me and want £16 to post back (the dress I should have had was only £27).
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT'S ALL A SCAM

Always SO easy and cheap.

Always SO easy and cheap.
I parked in the Arena car park in Manchester and when the concert finished there where so many parking attendance helping to get everyone out safe.
Would highly recommend.

Awful service

Ordered a pair of spikes for my daughter. She's usually a size 5 but ordered a 6 they were to small. Sent them back via Hermes courier as noted with sport shoes took 12 day and am still waiting for replacement. Would never use this company again. Awful service and they don't care a dam.

Thank you for your review of our company and I am sorry that you feel you have been let down. I have taken a look at your original order and I can see you spoke with my colleague on the 4th of March which was a Saturday. Your return was then processed on the 10th which was a Friday. Your shoes were exchanged and shipped the next working day which was the 13th of March, as our company does not ship parcels through the weekend. The tracking shows that your exchange order was then delivered the next day on the 14th of March. If this is not the case, please let me know and I will investigate this for you.

I do apologise that the process was not as swift as expected. We do offer the returns service on our website as an inexpensive alternative to the post office. Our website does also advise that this provided service can, on the rare occasion, take up to 14 working days. I must also apologise that you feel as though our customer service was lacking in customer care as our agents truly do their best to provide the highest quality of customer service possible.
