Great services, on time, met very knowledgeable agent, all good.

Do not work with these people. After 20 years claim free, I had a major water leak & had to raise a claim. This company make you feel like a criminal, they are slow, unhelpful, challenge everything & seem to imply that you are in some way trying to defraud them. They paid out less than 40% of what it cost to repair the damage and I would advise everyone to avoid. I thought I had a policy with Nationwide but they back it all off to Royal Sun Alliance.

Disappointing meal and reaction from the manager! Do not have the burgers, dry, sauce-less, cheese-less, tasteless! We complained but manager did not even have the courtesy to come and speak leaving the young waitress in very awkward position. We paid the rather large bill and left. Used to be regulars and have had great meals but something has changed for the worse and we will be avoiding from here on.

My daughter spent here own money only to receive one size 6 boot and one Size 7. They were returned. This company sent the same boots back to us and are now not returning messages or calls. Strongly advise you to go elsewhere.

Very good, very responsive, lead time on the car was long but Just Drive did a great job of keeping in touch

Agree with the negative feedback. Be very careful with their cancellation policies, they do not consider inability to travel as a valid reason even if transport cancelled at the last minute. Also, they kept us waiting until the last minute to confirm that no space was available on their alternative transport leaving no alternative options and then had teh audacity to claim that we had cancelled the trip. Avoid.
