Absolutely fantastic experience. They did all the hard work, all i had to do was show up at the post office, having put my metal in the pre-paid bag they sent me. Email/text arrives the next day, with a great cash offer. I accepted and the money was in my account minutes later. Couldn't have been easier. Highly recommended.

Had one of their guys ring me, and tell me how they’d keep me updated “at every stage” of the sale…then…nothing. And I mean NOTHING at all.
It took a complaint for them to (eventually) get back to me, and tell me my car (somehow) got delisted by them before it even got to auction.
They reposted it and I got an OK price eventually, but no real compensation or apology.
I’d probably use one of their competitors if I ever sold again in the future, as it took ALOT of work from me to sell my car, and I’ve heard both Motorway and WeBuy are both slicker and better prices.

used to be OK...but the implementation of a woefully bad 'assistant' on the App that just sends you round in circles and doesn't/can't resolve anything is awful.
The consequential withdrawal/reduction of phone assistants means that you can't speak to anyone (hours on the phone...queuing).
I'm cancelling all my accounts after nearly 30 years with them...they simply don't seem to care about their customers. I assume they're only interested in megabucks folk these days. a shame.

Andrew undertook a level 3 survey on a property for us, while in the process of buying a cottage in Northumberland. Being over 150 years old, it made perfect sense, and it should be noted he was referred to us by a colleague...always a good sign.
From the get-go Andrew was communicative, professional and approachable. He managed to execute the survey quickly, and the completed report was of the highest possible standard. Detailed enough to compile a really extensive list of issues to be dealt with, while also being clear enough for any buyer to understand and use.
I had the report reviewed by a friend who undertakes developments and renewals of heritage properties, and he said it was among the best he'd seen, so top marks all round.
Like the title says, I couldn't recommend any more highly, and will always appreciate the service given.

They say "efficient and reliable ", the truth is pretty much the exact opposite. Before 'the virus' I could call them, and they would be there before I got to the bottom of the stairs. Now it's half an hour (if they turn up at all...and you need to cancel). The new phone booking system is useless. They've also started using the minicab mantra of "we'll try and get there for that time" for pre booking. For a black hack service this is laughable...not to mention wildly overpriced. If you're going to behave like a crappy service at least charge accordingly. Don't use them if you need to get anywhere in a hurry or on time.

Took the money, no sign of shipping anything in two weeks…but constantly bombard me with “buy more stuff” junk mail.
Laughably, they sent me an email response saying there was a possibility that shipping could take ‘months’ the same day as trying to get me to buy a blender as a Valentines gift…some kind of joke surely? Update…07 Feb…on the back of this review things got straightened out, and fast (within 24 hours!). Difficult to say whether this was just a glitch or not…they hadn’t responded to my direct enquiry, only the above, so up to you whether to give them a go or not. The jury’s out for me…would it have been that quick if I hadn’t gone on TrustPilot? Honestly can’t tell. Won’t know til Valentines what the actual product is like.

Surely an illegal operation?
Absolutely useless, if possible..even worse than the previous sham company ‘Hermes’.
The update of the name has seen them become even more elusive, and putting even more layers and dead ends between them and the customer, so as to make it impossible to get any kind of response out of them.
The experience goes as follows:
-“we have your package”
-no movement in tracking for weeks
-online assistant to open enquiry
-“we’ll contact you”
-no response
-try and contact them to find progress, “we already have an open enquiry against that order”
-brick wall
I don’t understand how a company can literally steal/lose peoples property, and not get prosecuted under the law of the land…it’s theft surely?

Great site. Made my whole first experience of online car buying slick and easy.
