I shopped round for the correct vehicle and bought a Suzuki Ignis Allgrip. I bought this over the phone and was told the vehicle had been serviced prior to me collecting last night.
I drove the vehicle home and there was a high pitch squeal and what I would say excessive break travel. I reported this to customer services and was told they could book me an appointment on 25 June. The vehicle was also dirty, I could write my name in the dust on the dashboard.
I have now booked my car into a Suzuki main dealer for them to explore and rectify the issue. I was also told it hadn’t been serviced just checks made, meaning the sale person lied to me.
I want people to know the poor service you get from the car people and now the car shop.
I am a very disappointed customer that will never buy from your company again nor recommend you.
